it was dirty, the room small, sheets seemed like someone had used them and I am sure they were used, the bathroom dirty, hairs in the shower drain, shower head clogged with lime scale as well as the fawcet, mideavel keys looked like and weighed as they were 10000 years old(like the keys of an old closet), flies landing on food at breakfast watermellon...and I could go on... |

We thought the hotel was close to Wien but finally was 40km. We have requested for a taxi 2 different days and they didn't come. The personal in the hotel don't speak english, even for requesting a taxi. Some ANIMALs was living with us in the room (spiders, etc) |

The supplied breakfast was good, however we paid for internet and there was no connection. We did not raise this with the staff as we felt the language barrier would have made it very difficult. |

The hotel is very clean, good price, good food, nice staff. they don't have wi-fi. only in the lobby and for 5 eur. |

Travelling with a Car the hotel location is perfect to access main tourist points in Wien. Is on the way to Schonbrunn palace for example and with easy access to the train station. Staff was very nice and helpful despite not all of them speak good english. Breakfast is poor, the bread can break your teeths. Nothing else offered except for the room and the facilities are obviously old and not maintain up to the level of the price you pay for the room. |

Bathroom was small and smelled awfull, showertube wasnt cleaned after previous guests - awfull!!!!, it was awfully cold in hotel, no heating!!! Not even one person at reception speaking english. |

Lage zum Wienerwald, Gassigehen mit dem Hund war vom Haus aus möglich Ich musste 30 Minuten warten, bis mich jemand unfreundlich zur Kenntnis nahm bei der Ankunft , Für meinen Hund wurden mir 10 Euro abgeknöpft, selbst in besseren und im Vergleich noblen Häusern war das bisher maximal 5 Euro, |

Als Notquartier, weil in Wien und Umgebung zu dieser Zeit nur schwer etwas zu haben war, für eine Nacht erträglich Vom Personal bis Zimmer und Bad: alles schmudelig |

Zustand der Zimmer. Bettwäsche war nicht gebügelt oder schon in Benutzung gewesen. Bad wurde nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Der Ablauf der Zahlung mit Kreditkarte war dem Hotelpersonal nicht vertraut. |

Absulute alptraum! NIGHTMARE! Kerüld el ezt a hotelt messzire!!! Zimmer nicht sauber,frühstück scheiss und dusche stinkt! Koszos szoba,ehetetlen reggeli,bűzös tusoló! Mein 2 zimmer bezahlt und verkauft für ein anderen!!!! Kifizettem 2 szobát és az egyikbe másnap érkeztek a barátaink,de addigra valaki beköltözött.Kétszer adták el a szobát! |

Nada en absoluto Todo, sobre todo el trato del personal, nos dieron una habitación horrible, de unas 8 camas, mobiliario antiquísimo y de muy mal gusto, nos cambiaron al siguiente día a unas habitaciones mejores, pero al regresar de noche nos habían puesto en la 45, la que no quiere nadie, desastroso y la atención en la recepción fue bastante desagradable, ni siquiera me dieron factura, eso si el cobro por adelantdo, el desayuno bastante malo, sin servicio apenas, las mesas sucias, y el personal sentado comiendo delante de nosotros, me consta que tiene habitaciones mejores, pero la experiencia nuestra fue mala y yo le daría una estrella, por decir algo. |

Absolutamente nada. O Hotel é realmente muito ruim em vários sentidos, inclusive os mais elementares. Apenas o breakfast era de bom nível, exceto quanto à "proibição" de se sentar nas mesas próximas ao buffet. Hotel caro e com serviço e acomodações muito ruins. Quartos entregues sem toalhas. Quando fornecidas estavam rasgadas. Internet não funciona. Telefones não funcionavam para chamadas internas nem externas. Raramente se encontram funcionários na recepção. Atendimento grosseiro e de má qualidade. Banheiro similar ao de um avião. Vaso sanitário repugnante. Não houve serviço de quarto. |

La gentillesse, la disponibilité, le caractère familial. Un hôtel vraiment à recommander où le sent bien avec un personnel charmant, qui n'hésite pas à vous offrir le thé lorsque vous arrivez tard dans votre chambre ! |

Płatność za pokój z góry, przed obejrzeniem pokoju. Jeżeli najpierw bym zobaczył pokój to pewnie bym nie został w tym hotelu.Zostałem jedynie dlatego, że było bardzo późno i zapłaciłem z góry za pobyt. Brudna łazienka, zagrzybione ściany, nieapetycznie wyglądająca sala śniadaniowa, nie jadłem tam śniadania |

Rigtig dårlig, surt personale, fugt på vægen, brusecabine kan ikke lukkes , toilet der løber og endeligt ville de have 10 euro pr hund pr nat, hvor man på andre kvalitets hoteller betaler 5 euro. og morgenmaden kaffen var tynd og halvkold. ja hvis jeg overhovedet skal komme der igen vil jeg gerne se et mere venligt og hjælpsomt personale, samt at morgenmaden og værelserne er iorden. prisen pr hund skal være lavere ellers må man sige at man ikke ønsker hunde på hotellet. |
