This newly renovated stay is ideal for couples, friends visiting town, or work trips, offering a comfortable and well-appointed base within proximity to both the CBD and St Kilda. When you're not out enjoying an array of local eateries, a streamlined kitchenette with a mini fridge, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster means you can prepare meals at home. You’ll also find a dishwasher for easy clean-up and a two-seater table for dining, while a Nespresso machine will come in handy when you wish to sip your coffee out on the cosy private balcony, where views overlook the nearby parkland. A light, open-plan living area offers a welcoming space to return to after a day of work or leisure, with a comfy sofa and TV inviting you to kick back with a movie. When it comes time to retire, the modern and immaculately presented bathroom has a shower and complimentary toiletries while the bedroom includes a queen-size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps. The bedroom also features large glass doors with direct balcony access, while mirrored built-ins create a further sense of spaciousness. Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, split system air-conditioning in the living area and bedroom, and a washing machine and dryer. You can also make use of a shared gym, located on the ground floor.

Albert Park is just a few minutes’ walk from your stay, offering recreational space for walking, jogging and cycling, as well as rowing and sailing at Albert Park Lake. Nearby you'll find a range of sporting facilities, including a golf driving range and Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre. St Kilda Beach is around a 15-minute tram ride, where you can take a walk along the pier, enjoy a dip in the sea baths, or visit nearby Luna Park and the Palais Theatre, while the CBD can also be reached by tram in around 15 minutes.
