Had no issues at all........

Central, good parking

Room was small. Tight space. Bed was too soft. AC was loud and never really cooled the room.

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay very much.

The breakfast was outstanding. The serving staff attentive and friendly.

The room's heating system was out of whack (explained by winter to spring seasonal change). The staff did send up a fan and open a window. It was still stifling throughout the night. This put a damper on our stay.

Front Desk staff were pleasant, accommodating and professional. Bed was very comfortable. Wine & cheese in the afternoon is a nice touch.

Guest room wifi was inconsistent - hard wire connection is better.

Extremely noisy room - sounded like a 747 when upstairs guests showered/flushed toilet. Bed not especially comfortable.

Our heat in the room was stuck on super high but the thermostat was stuck on 15degrees. They said they would have it fixed but when we came back from the concert it wasn't fixed! They just gave us two fans:( no refund on the room.

Good access to and from hotel

Unable to get the fan on when required - so it got stuffy at night; only able to use the thermostat to control temperature. Bathroom too small to accommodate 2 people at one time.

Breakfast was great and staff was too but need of room service was very slow took over 30mins for wine glasses to be brought to the room.

The hotel had a nice buffet breakfast, parking, and wifi all of which were included in the very competitive price. Very convenient for the downtown conference we were attending over the weekend. Walking distance to all of the downtown venues.

I don't really have anything bad to say. The hotel met our needs.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast great. Bed comfortable. Good water saving program.

Only had room cleaning once in six days which was great but not all supplies refilled. That was annoying as I had definitely paid enough for the suite to have the supples refilled one time.

The complementary breakfast was fantastic! Fresh fruit, muffins - that were also fresh (that doesn't always happen with a free breakie), oatmeal, toast/pastries, yogurt/granola and there was always an egg of some sort, hash browns and a type of meat.

Though parking was free, the lot right next to the hotel was often full forcing the need to go to the overflow behind the hotel. The spots were also quite small - typical of a parking lot downtown, I suppose.

Great staff. Comfortable beds.

Pretty much a hohum place to stay. Very noisy with the bar on a weekend night. Loud, drunken arguments from the folks who were in the room next to me. Felt like being in a Motel 6. But a lot more expensive. I was really hoping and willing to pay for a bit of an oasis. Something sweet and special. Just a room, with a very bad bathroom door. No hints of anything special, no balm to the soul.

Nice, modern clean hotel with friendly staff.

Kept up for some of the night by noisy party goers on our floor.

Had problem with billing, called hotel. Was patched through to hotel business manager. Left message but never received any call back.
