Tres bonne localisation, particulierement pour les voyageurs arrivant en bus (le terminal est juste en face), tres jolie rue. Bon confort. Le petit dejeuner est vraiment minimal. Peu d eclairage dans la chambre. |

Le bain tourbillon de la chambre lune de miel est très grand. L'hotel est très bien situé. Le stationnement est gratuit. Le lit était plus ou moin confortable. Le petit déjeuner continental inclus est très ordinaire. |

Confort moyen mais prix justifié par la situation géographique (centre-ville proche de Chinatown). L'avantage c'est que l'on peut apercevoir la CN Tower depuis la chambre. |

Que c'est bien situer, près de 420 hwy. Pi 5 mins de marche des chutes. Paisible. Le déjeuner continental aurais pu avoir des fruits et du yogurt. |

C etait propre, la chambre était bien! Rapport qualité prix tres bon! Le sechoir dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, un frigo dans la chambre serait bien apprécié!! Pourrait avoir plus de produit de bain genre petit champoing, savon, etc. |

Le personel est très gentil et serviable. L'hotêl est bien situé a Niagara et le stationnement inclus est un avantage surtout que partout il y a des frais. Hôtel très propre et acceuillant. Super rapport qualité - prix. Nous avons trouvé que l'air climatisé ne partais pas asser souvent et que lorsqu'elle fonctionnait, la il fesait froid avant qu'elle s'arrête. |

C'était un hotel convenable, situé en périphérie du centre de toutes les activités intéressantes de la ville, donc, accessibles à pied pour qui aime marcher. le personnel est obligeant et courtois. Pas assez de serviettes dans la chambre pourtant prévue pour 4 personnes, pas de mini frigo (location $15.00 par jour - mais pas disponible!!) stationnement intérieur difficile d'accès. |

Staff was very friendly and helpful The first room we got had beds that were old and not comfortable. The staff immediately upgraded as to a better room with comfortable a bed. |

The hotel staff was very helpful and the room was clean. I also liked the bagle & orange juice in the morning. Overall, we are very pleased with the hotel. Kind staff, clean facility and delicious breakfast! No battery on the remote control. The room was a bit less spacious than expected. Bland Noodle. Personally, I expected a round table in the room and was disappointed when there was not one in the room. |

Nice from outside and inside. Nice and well cleaned room with 2 queen bed as promissed. The personal is very sympathetic. 20 min walking distance from the falls view. Not too noisy ambience. We always had enough parking outside the hotel (we could see our car through the window). It would be nice idea add several slices of cheese for breakfast. The windows in our room didn't open - we needed use air conditioner constantly. |

Hotel staff were very accommodating. Continental breakfast was included and free parking onsite. Only a 15 minute walk to the attractions in Niagara Falls |

Very friendly staff, the breakfast was sufficiently good, and a great price. I would definitely return there! Not really close to the falls (roughly 1.2 km) but good. Not very noisy, despite of the position on the main road |

Each time I entered the lobby the staff were very accomodating. Always asking if everything was just right and if there was anything we needed. If we did need something they were there to help. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone and will definately stay there again. I only have one issue with the policies of not only this hotel but others aswell. I don't like the fact that people can bring there pets into hotel rooms but that guests are not allowed to smoke. I think that animal urine and feces are worse to clean up than cigarette smoke.That's just my opinion. |

close to time square, everything. ac did not work in first room-had to wait one day to change because no other rooms were available. also in the first room hardly had room for bags. no parking-had to pay $50 per day for parking. also had to pay $15 a day for wifi. |
