周りにお店がたくさんあり立地が良い。徒歩圏内で観光できます。 オーナーさんはとても親切でした。 また、設備や調理器具、食器、アメニティ等（食洗機や洗濯機の洗剤、コーヒー、調味料、キッチンペーパーなど）も揃っており、自炊するにも問題ありません。 広さも十分で清潔で快適に過ごせました。 駐車場も無料で1台停められるので、レンタカーで移動する旅行でも問題ありません。

The condo was well stocked and big enough for the four of us. Location was very convenient for downtown Victoria.

The apartment is very clean, nice and cozy. It is also very quiet in the night. The host met up with us during check in and walk through the whole apartment with us. The apartment has everything you need with full kitchen appliances and cutlery. The location is very close to the harbour and chinatown within walking distance. Many restaurants and pubs around the corner and a liquor store that sell some good wines.

Well located, very well equipped, spotlessly clean apartment. Bed and pillows very comfortable, hot shower and bath tub. Our friendly hosts left fresh fruit, fresh flowers and plenty of coffee and teas for the duration of our six night stay. A bonus having a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. They met us on arrival and gave us lots of information in regards to appliances and apartment block procedures i.e accessing car park etc.

As others have said it’s like home from home. everything you could possibly need from plates etc for a picnic to washing and drying facilities. The owner is a pleasure to speak with who goes through every detail and piece of information you might need. Fresh flowers and a bottle of wine as it was our wedding anniversary.

Location can´t be better, middle of the city - all walking distance but quiet with window and terrace to an inner courtyard. Parking is so easy and included! Very safe place - no chance to get in without permission. Rosemary and Gary are the most beatiful and lovely hosts I have met all my lifetime!!!!!

Great location and a real home away from home feeling. The condo was well kitted out and the owners kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. Easy to walk everywhere and lots of nice restaurants and bars close by. While very central, lovely and quiet at nighttime.

The location was so central and convenient. The included car parking space in that area was a bonus. All the extras in the apartment such as a bag of cookies, a vase of flowers and fresh strawberries was thoughtful of the owner. The larder was full of tea and coffee. Everything had been thought of, it was home from home. Also, the sofa bed was was very comfy!

Congenial Owner met us at location and agreed time and provided key fob, then gave a tour of unit, showed us how everything operated, rules of the condo and lots of info on the community and even provided fresh fruit, cookies and cream for wife’s coffee. Location was excellent as very close to harbour, Chinatown, shopping , pubs / restaurants etc., He checked back via email a number of times to see if all ok and if he could help in any way. He really went well above and beyond!
