Quality Hotel Airport (South)  

We liked the park behind the hotel and the quite room we had It is close to restaurants and shopping

Well priced hotel with good breakfast. Staff very helpful.

For airport hotel shuttle bus not operating after 9pm annoying. Taxi cost $17 adds to the cost of staying.

No yogurt at breakfast but it was a good one.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, amenities present. 6:30 am buffet breakfast included. Newspaper delivered at 6:00 am. Free parking. Staff that can't seem to do enough for you. What more can you ask for? I'll be back.

Everything went smooth, I showed up, my room was ready, no problem with parking, my room was clean and pleasantly furnished, the bed was comfortable! I had a great night sleep:) the staff were very nice. they let me park till 4:00 pm after I checked out.

The shuttle service wasn't operating when we arrived, because the driver was sick. due to our amount of luggage, the alternative service wasn't possible, but after a slight uphill struggle, they eventually managed to sort out a ride, but this was after a 40 minute wait. Was a hassle, but they did fix it.

The shuttle operator was not friendly, in fact I would say "surly" would be an appropriate description. He took us to the wrong terminal where we had to find transport over to the correct terminal on our first stay. On the second stay, when he picked us up, he upset that we were not waiting at the curb when he drove up. When leaving to go back to the airport, he abruptly told us he was leaving the hotel and walked out to the Van.

It is close to the Richmond centre.

It's proximity to the Airport, good for a transit.

Pleasant but small room with balcony. Close to restaurants and shopping center. Short distance to Vancouver airport.Free parking garage and free internet.

Location to amenities - walking distance

The fact that the shuttle service only starts at 6:30am and finishes much too early at 9:00pm makes it difficult for early flights or a late arrival flight. Either make arrangements with adjacent hotel shuttle services to pick people up at the airport, or extend the hours. The hotel should not tell people that they have shuttle service in booking.com and then have people wait for an hour at the airport. Not a good way to start your stay at a hotel after a long flight. I recommend it for its location and price but not for the shuttle service, which can mean a lot.

Our purpose for using this hotel was as a stopover for one night after a transatlantic flight and for this purpose it did exactly what we needed. The hotel is close to the airport,clean and with a continental breakfast in the room rate. It is budget hotel so facilities are fairly simple but as a stopover i would definitely use it again

We were on the front of the hotel and there was some noise from the restaurants around later at night but this is to be expected in an airport location

Es ist einsauberes und freundliches Hotel, mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Flughafen Vancouver (auch im Berufsverkehr). Die Zimmer auf der Rückeseite des Hotels grenzen an einen Park, daher sehr ruhig. Im Umkreis befinden sich mehrere Hotels, ein nettes Pub ist gegenüber. Es sind ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Skytrain (30 min Fahrzeit bis Waterfront - "Altstadt" Vancouver). Die Zimmerausstattung ist gut (inkl.Bügeleisen), das Frühstück ist O.k, wenn man mit Toast, Marmelade, Waffeln, Kuchen und Cornflakes U.ä. zufrieden ist. Parkmöglichkeit in der ist Tiefgarage kostenlos, wir konnten am Abreisetag unser Auto sogar bis nachmittags stehen lassen, da wir erst am Abend am Flughafen sein mussten und mit dem Skytrain in die Stadt gefahren sind.
