We love to create a warm and welcoming environment within which guests can feel comfortable and at home while exploring our beautiful town and the surrounding area. Living in the area for decades, we are happy to provide information about fun activities, hikes, and restaurants.

We have a beautifully restored heritage home built in 1916 with heirloom flower gardens and a wrap around verandah. We are located in the heart of historic downtown Nelson.....walking distance to unique shops, fabulous local restaurants, cafes, and art/craft venues. The whole house features a new heating and air conditioning system, allowing individual comfort control in each suite. There are 5 individual, self contained suites.

We are a downtown guesthouse. Nelson has a vibrant and busy heart with a unique arts and outdoor living culture. Guests love our convenient location. You can leave your car at the guesthouse and enjoy all the great dining. shopping, and entertainment that Nelson is famous for on foot. We are a launching spot for exploring the amazing natural wonders of the Kootenays. There is knee deep powder at Whitewater Ski Resort and all of our fabulous backcountry terrain, a lifetime of trails to hike and water to paddle, as well as world class golf courses just moments away! We are located in the vibrant downtown core of Nelson so you may hear the sounds of people enjoying the day and nightlife. This is a normal part of staying in the centre of a city. If total peace and quiet are a top priority for you, we would encourage you to look to the accommodations that are located on the outskirts of Nelson or in the beautiful countryside.
