The room was excellent, as well as hotel facilities.The food was good (we had breakfast).Everything is still new and clean since the hotel has been recently opened. The hotel spa (consists of dry and wet sauna only) is supposed to stay open between 07:00 am and 20:00 pm, but in fact the hotel staff was trying to prevent us from using it, and gave us a free entrance ticket to another hotel spa (which was 10 minutes drive!).We had an argument with the hotel staff and they finally let us in late in the evening. |

the location is really nice but definitely too expensive and the food at the hotel was poor the staff, even though nice, is not up to a 4 stars hotel. At the cost of the room, I would expect at least breakfast to be included. |

Am Ort einer alten Burganlage in wundervoller Lage am Genfer See, gut erreichbar mit Metro oder Bus vom Bahnhof (wenige Minuten Fahrzeit). Freundliches Personal, das bermüht ist, alle persönlichen Wünsche zu erfüllen. Umbuchung des Zimmers von Lage zur Straße wurde freundlich zum Seeblick ermöglicht. Zu stark renoviert, Widerspruch von alter Burganlage und supermodernem Design, das passt nicht zueinander! Die arroganten Gäste halten sich für wichtig. Außerdem bei booking.de keine Angaben zur Lage des Zimmers! Der Preis galt nur für ein Zimmer zur Straße (stark befahren!), nicht zum See! Man sollte die Möglichkeit zur Wahl mit verschiedenen Preisen deutlich formulieren. |

La décoration est magnifique, le restaurant très bien, le personnel très gentil et serviable. Un petit détail, dans la chambre il n'y avait pas de grand miroir seulement dans la salle de bain. |
