Fabelagtig got hotel til prisen. Alt var godt, Maden var fantastisk og meget rimelig pris.

fantastisk smuk arkitektur og beliggenhed. Super god restaurant. Et meget lækkert og flot hotel samlet set, på alle punkter.

It has very nice location, convienient and execellent view. The staff is very professional to provide perfect recommendations and support. The swimming pool provides warm water.

The room is a little bit crowded.

1) Awesome view of the lake and volcano from our superior room. We setup a tripod to take pictures out the window. 2) Big room and very nice shower. 3) Nice lobby, and restaurant area. We ate our evening meals in the hotel restaurant which we rarely do. 4) Very good breakfast with lots of choices. 5) Parking at the hotel is good but a little challenging the first time on arrival. 6) It was one of the nicest hotels on our trip in 2.5 weeks. 7) Staff was incredibly helpful, e.g. to get a rental car for us and to book a flight, both which were not possible online. Staff at the front desk spoke excellent English which was a big change from other hotels we stayed at in Chile. 8) Good wifi coverage in the room.

1) Shower leaked on the floor. This is a design problem mentioned in other reviews.

The view was amazing. The free upgrade to a junior suite was fabulous. Great bathroom. It was the most comfortable bed we have slept in.

Nothing really. A second chair in the room would have been nice.

Esp: Excelente servicio de restaurant, bar y servicio de habitación con buenos precios y un amplio menú. Muy buena ubicación, al lado de la costanera del lago, la plaza y centro de la ciudad, restaurantes y el casino.

Eng: Most time reception staff offer a great service but when a problem with booking process appear (reservation prepared by booking.com) one of them instedad of offer a solution try to blame us even when the reservation shown that we had booked 2 rooms and 4 days esp: La mayor parte del tiempo el personal de recepción ofreció un gran servicio pero cuando apareció un problema asociado a la reserva de las habitaciones, una de ellas en vez de ofrecer soluciones inmediatas, trató de culparnos a nostros por el problema aun cuando en la reserva se explicitaba que la reserva era por 2 habitaciones por 4 días

Location and price were perfect (we booked through booking.com and had a junior suite for $130 / £80, which include a free drink and a quality breakfast. Had a great view over the lake too!

Lady at check-out got a bit 'pissy' because one of the $20 dollar notes I paid with was not in mint condition!

Amazing room, even though what we paid through Booking was about half the price anywhere else..,wraparound windows with views of the lake Osorno and more. Nice breakfast with a variety of fresh fruit.

Since we were there during a very unusual hot spell, the ac wasn't quite up to the job, but that was a very minor negative among many outstanding points.

The staff was friendly, decor modern/rustic, great location and breakfast very good.

Staff friendly could have smiled a bit more, and showers stalls had no where to put soap bar or shampoo/conditioner.

The room was very big with a comfortable bed. Fabulous view of the lake and the volcano.

The breakfast was very average for a four star hotel. Even self service coffee and tea. Staff at his hotel need some training especially reception staff who didn't seem to know what was going on most of the time.

Excellent location on the lakeside with easy access to the town. Very helpful front desk staff.We had a large well appointed room which did not have a lake view.

This place was amazing!!! It was our favourite hotel in Chile! The rooms were large and spacious, and we had a million dollar view of the volcano and lake. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was 5 star. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and the price was excellent (perhaps we also got an amazing deal because of booking.com?). I highly recommend staying here!!

The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been - there was a bit of mold and mildew between the bathroom tiles.

I will recomendad only if you get a room with view to the lake

Friendly & welcoming staff. Knowledgable about the area and provided good recommendations. Room were spacious, modern and clean. Location is right in the heart of Puerto Varas with lake views and close to transportation and plenty of outdoor activities.

It was very accommodating and the location was great. Parking was convenient as well.

I am very disappointed that an additional colleague I was traveling with was given a rate of $95.00 usd per night and I was charged $151.00 usd per night for the same room? When I asked the hotel manager why, he told me it was the "fee" for booking at "Booking.com". It seems what is offered as a bargain isn't always that.

Very nice hoteL in great location on main boulivarde in down town. We had lovely big room on corner with panoramick views over lake to volcano Osorno. Nothing was a problem for the staff very friendly & helpfull. Front desk spoke good english.

Room had a strong smell of cigarate but better when windows were opened to let air through.

Everything here is above standard. Breakfast was exceptional. Fantastic views over lake to volcanos. very helpful staff - highly recommend this hotel
