The hike up to Mount Tai was great.
The hike up to Mount Tai was great. Although there were a lot of steps, the view from the top was well worth it. Unfortunately I did not have enough time to explore the city but it seemed very nice ans I would definitely plan on spending one or two days just in the city for the next time.

The room was good, nice breakfast and friendly staff. When I arrived we used Baidu Translate to check in. Very friendly and patient reseption clerk. The hotel is on waking distance from the thousand Buddha Mountain. It's a little bit further from the city center, but easy to reach by bike or bus.
