This humble duplex is a 2 min walk from the warm grounding beaches of Puntarenas and a 5 min walk from the Tourist Promenade (El Paseo de los Turistas). It is the Perfect Retreat for a couple or a small family. Very close to restaurants, bars, live music, supermarkets, and more. Enjoy the natural flora and fauna of the rainforest, including iguanas, and an indoor aquarium. There are plenty of attractions nearby, including small cruises, carnivals, and night clubbing. This is a SELF CHECK-IN home.

There are so many wonderful restaurants, events, and tourist spots, just walking distance from your stay! Peddlers often pass through selling their wares and goods. And though this unpaved neighborhood looks a little rough, the residents are friendly, welcoming, and always watching out for each other. Mae's Grill is just 150 meters southwest from the casita (an easy 2 minute walk) and is a small restaurant and bar that faces the beach. Just across the street is Syl Travel, where you can purchase a ticket to visit Isla Tortuga. The best way to get around is by walking, taking a taxi, or by public transportation. *Parking: Please be aware that this house does not have a garage. However, guests can park right in front of the home. It’s a friendly neighborhood.
