Just a 5-minute walk from Nissi Beach, Villa Marina in Ayia Napa offers fully equipped accommodation with views of the garden and the Mediterranean Sea. Free WiFi access is available in public areas. Opening to a patio, all air-conditioned villas of Marina come with 3 separate bedrooms. Each consists of a living room with sofas and flat-screen, satellite TV, and a kitchen with dining area and oven with hobs. At Villa Marina you will find a garden and a terrace. The property offers features free private parking. Several restaurants, bars and supermarkets can be reached within short walking distance. Both villas are privately owned and looked after by the owners. The villas are 5 years old though they are used only in summer for rentals. Each season they are freshly groomed for the next season. All furniture in the villas is in good condition. Properties provide everything you may need for your satisfying stay in Cyprus. For your comfort you will have a contact person, who will help you should anything in villas break down or simply not responding to the on/off switch. We kindly ask all our clients to understand when the problems are caused by the general maintenance companies like Water board of Cyprus or Electricity company of Cyprus (AIK).
My name is Marina. I am one of the managers for the villas. I am providing support online for the guests and Shan, my colleague, meats&greats the guests in Cyprus.
Villas are part of Nissi 2 housing project. It consists of 12 villas and one apartment house. All villas are detached and have their own plot. The area is located 100 m off main Agia Napa road.
