Our beautiful ground floor apartment in an upscale residential area in Berlin will be a cozy and comfortable place for you to rest and sleep during your stay in Berlin. Its 2-room-apartment with 50 qm , completely equipped with everything you need for both a short term trip or a longer lasting vacation. There is a big high-quality double-bed of 2 x 2.2 m (which can also be separated into 2 single bed) and a sleeping couch of 1.8 x 2 m for up to 4 person. You have the entire apartment for yourself during your stay. There is also the beautiful Café Meana where we invite you every day from 2-10 pm.
We are offering a charming ground floor apartment for your trip to Berlin. A friend of the family will be your contact person and look after you.
Pankow is a large residential district which offers both relaxed ‘small town living’ feeling and great connectivity to the more lively neighbourhoods of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. Parks for outdoor sports activities, and children playground are widely available as are quiet family friendly restaurants and cafes and daily shopping opportunities. The apartment is one minute away from the wonderful Bürgerpark. Supermarkets and several restaurants are close by, 2-5 minutes to walk. S-Bahn Wollankstr. is 5 minutes to walk, from there you can reach Friedrichstr. in only 10 Minutes and Potsdamer Platz or Alexanderplatz in only 15 Minutes . It`s a quiet part of Berlin and a quiet house and surrounding , so please : NO PARTIES! ! !
