The following highlights await you: - attic studio located in a calm suburban area within city borders - street parking for free - fully equipped kitchen with Miele and Bosch built-in coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge & freezer combination; as well as kettle and toaster - fully equipped, seamless bathroom with real wood parquet flooring and aluminum composite panels as wall coverings, electric design towel radiator, floor-level rain shower, concealed fitting for the shower, two niches in the shower for the provided utensils (shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner) - Miele washer-dryer cost-free at your disposal in the bathroom (washing and drying in one go!) - large living room and an Emma bed with a width of 1.80 m, large 2.40 m * 2.20 m duvet, large pillows, and special ergonomic pillows for the ideal sleeping experience; there is also a cupboard for your individual use and a chair - living room dining table, which can be used as a home office during your stay - 55-inch TV with Netflix & waipu TV Attention: Netflix is included, for all other streaming services please bring your own login. The apartment can be accessed via a keyless smart lock system called Nuki. You will get an invitation from Nuki to access the apartment via the Nuki app 24 hours before check-in.
