Hotellet ligger helt perfekt centralt ved Kurfürstendamm, så shoppemulighederne og bykulturen ligger lige om hjørnet. Dejligt hotel at bo på med god service og overdådig morgenmads buffet. Det ville være rart hvis personalet som det første spurgte ind til hvilket sprog man vil kommunikere i, i stedet for at starte med at tale tysk og gå ud fra at man taler det flydende. |

Room service did not clean room on second day of stay. Was quickly rectified after it was reported, but given the service standards the hotel aspires to, staff seemed to be a bit inconcerned about the lapse. |

Any member of your Staff that we met, whether on the Main Desk, the Bar, in the Dining Room or Spa, were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and there was a genuine feeling that you all wanted to make our stay with you as good as it could possibly be, and you achieved this. |

That was quite short trip to Berlin, but we decided to stay in the centre and good hotel. Palace is perfect with great SPA, delicious food. |

Great location. If you are looking for some luxury on your city break here it is. Lovely super size rooms. Cleaning knocked on my door at 8.30, while I was getting dressed for breakfast, that's too early. The TV is below class. |

Location, location, location and then the international atmosphere e.g., evening at the bar. Basically, it is a wonderful experience and I'll definately stay there when in Berlin. need extra cupboard in the room |

hotel was in a great location, staff extremely helpful and knowledgable regards restauants, shows, trains etc. The spa while small was very relaxing, great massages. Definately five star comfort, great cocktails. would definately hotel particularly tofirst time visitors to the city. |

Enjoyed the standard of accommodation, the location of the hotel, and the leisure facilities. Staff were always excellent and had a record of which room we had last time we stayed. Family members now using this hotel. |

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of experiencing. The hotel itself, with its facilities, rooms and services is tasteful and luxurious. Everything is incredibly clean and tidy. The smallest details have been taken into count. The restaurant at the hotel offers top quality gourmet food. The personal is highly professional, friendly and helpful. All in all excellent !!!! |
