The location of the stay is beautiful and the view from the balcony is amazing 😍. Many trails to hike from this location. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. The connectivity from the city center is good with the number 8 bus. Definitely recommend and would visit again

the location is fabulous and was just what I needed for my walk in the mountain. Having the car with you and parked at the end of the road took the hassle out of getting public transport to and from the Starr of the walk up to the hut.

The location is far off the normal roads and about 20 minutes to Oberstdorf, but it is in a dreamy little valley closed off on three sides by snowy peaks. The accomodation is suitable for those who love quiet and nature.

Excellent hotel, beautifully located at the end of the valley. Exceptionally good value when compared to other less good hotels nearby. Room was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped and clean bathroom. Breakfast that was included in the price of the room was very good (extensive selection of cheees, cold cuts, cereals, jams & honey) and included fresh eggs cooked to order. Staff all very helpful and kind.
