10 minutes from Düsseldorf airport and expo, our studio apartment offers quiet and spacious stays with great transport connections to the city center, airport and trade fair / expo. The noise levels are low, as the apartment is not located in the flight path and faces away from the road. The space is flooded with natural light, with a balcony overlooking our small garden and the rooftops of the neighboring houses. Free parking for one car is available on premises. Our 150cm Queen bed and 120cm sofa bed comfortably fit up to three guests. The full kitchen with fridge, coffee maker and dishwasher makes self-catering easy. Fast free WiFi is available throughout the property and 4G mobile reception is strong. Directly connected to the space is a private bathroom that features a modern shower and a towel heater. Both the studio and the bathroom allow for ample heating in the winter and opening the windows (with mosquito nets) in the summer allow for a nice evening breeze to keep you cool. A mobile air conditioning unit can be provided upon request. The sitting area has a 39" TV that can receive local German channels and is enabled with Apple TV, allowing you to play content from any Apple device on the big screen. We are kids friendly and a baby travel bed (120x60cm), as well as a high chair can be provided upon request.

The bus stop right outside the property offers connections every 10 minutes to the airport, trade fair / expo and the central train station. The nearest subway station “Messe Ost / Stockumer Kirchstr.” (U78, U79) is 10 minutes away by foot and offers connections to the city (Heinrich-Heine-Allee/Old City Center and Königsallee). Next to the station are a supermarket, a bakery, a bank, a few restaurants and a big park (Nordpark). The buses that stop right outside the property take you non-stop to the Airport, Tradefair ("Messe"), and Dusseldorf Central Train Station every 10 minutes. 10min walk away is the local district plaza with a direct subway connection to the city center ("Heinrich-Heine-Allee" and "Königsallee"), as well as a supermarket, bakery, cash machine, a few restaurants and a large park ("Nordpark"). Free parking is available along the street outside the property.
