It's a beautiful city, but there is nothing to do in the colder weather. Everything closes quickly on Sundays. I recommend visiting this city in the warmer months of the year. Definitely check out Mini Zoo!

Pärnu is old bathing centre, with wonderful historical buildings, and villas dating back from Jugend and Art Noveau periods. Our stay in Pärnu was in early August, yet the sea water temparatures were seasonally relatively low. There were few swimmers at the main beach, as the weather was windy with occasional showers of rain. But the landscape and seascape were marvellous and there is plenty to do also in the old town. The restaurant scene has much improved in the past years and there is reasonable variety available for both budget travellers and more high-end venues. Everything is reasonable near-by and walking or cycling around is practical.

A wonderful city with clean streets and a beautiful beach!
I didn't stay long, as it was just a place for me to stay in the hotel and have lunch, but I will never cease to be amazed, at how nice Parnu is every time I visit this place.
We had food at 'Vehverments Bar & Tostadas' and I was very impressed by how delicious and affordable it was. Yellow hummus is a must-try!

Pärnu is lovely with lots of trees and green areas as well as old buildings on the seaside of the bridge. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars in Summer time, and plenty of activities for kids and adults.
Not all places, especially hotels, have good vegan options yet. Also the sea brings a lot of humidity so drying laundry can be challenging and some buildings have mold problems. I definitely do not recommend staying in a wooden building if you have any sensitivity to mold.
Pärnu beach is very long and shallow, making it safe for kids. The rest of the old town side is also otherwise safe, so I'd definitely recommend the destination to families or elderly people.

Pärnu is major Estonian resort city.
Pärnu is major Estonian resort city. If it is hot day the Pärnu Beach, it the place to go. Beach has big female nudist area. Beach has good quality sand and long shallow bathing area. City has lot of big resort hotels with numerous Spa, health healing facilities and water centres. These hotels are close to the beach area. Beach area itself is well developed and has lot of villas and parks nearby. City itself has small town atmosphere and the centre is lovely with lot of restaurants and shopping opportunities. You can walk everywhere City is not overcrowded (except in hot summer days) and is good place to have a short 2–4-day holiday. City is popular among Finnish tourists.
Try cafe “Supelsaksad” nice food and cakes, hotel “Tervise Paradiis” for kids water center, hotel “Estonia” and “Tervis” for medical facilities, hotel “Villa Ammende”, “Hedon” or “Wasa” for upscale Spa holiday. Pärnu has popular theatre “Endla” (only Estonian) and philharmonic concert hall (concerts and festivals year round). There are numerous sport facilities, good tennis grounds, excellent golf course is 20m drive from city center.

During our short stay in Pärnu, we enjoyed the beautiful beach, explored the charming city streets, and found a great playground for the kids. We would love to return for a longer visit and further explore the city's captivating charm, inviting beaches, and family-friendly attractions.
This was the most amazing spa experience I've ever had and I've been to many in Germany, NZ , USA . The range of saunas and pools is superb. I particularly like the Japanese pool and the Igloo on the roof. I booked because of the snow sauna and it was incredible. We were also able to book treatments at the hotel. The communication was outstanding and when we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. I'm so pleased I found this hotel it was the highlight of our trip to Estonia
Viss bija perfekti, ideāla atmosfēra un personāls pretīm nākošs.

Our "Sky Parlor Petite and Cozy" room was cozy but not petite at all, actually much larger then most suprior hotel rooms.
Off season price didn't left us any hesitations in acommondation selection.
Parking is free and there is alot of space in the courtyard.
Location is 5 minutes walk to city centre walking street.
Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly.
In fact, it was our 3rd stay in Ammende Villa.
Hotel was quiet, room also and it was good regular size with comfy bed, linen and working desks. Room was renovated, compared to corridors, restaurant and Medical spa area. Saunas in spa Centre were good size. Very good location. Massage was very enjoyable and good. Small shop in lobby, so could get water and fruits. It could be great if it was renovated and restaurant menu upgraded (the latter, a lot!)
Always very positive experience! The reception area has been upgraded, the room for three was spacious and as a bonus, we had big hot tub. Sparkling wine is served at breakfast and on this occasion there was a super young man serving, who smiled and acted quickly! You don't often see this kind of breakfast service in Estonia, thanks!
Kurgo Villa was just as lovely, cosy and beautiful as we remembered. The hotel is situated close to the beach but in a quiet place. The rooms in villa are beautiful, the parking is safe, restaurant is great and we really love the heated pool. The personnel is really nice. Our choice in Pärnu now and in the future.
We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. In my opinion apartment itself looks much nicer than in the pictures. It’s spacious, light, has lovely high ceilings and original features. Beds were ok, location good, communication with the owner great. Would definitely recommend for stay in Pärnu.
Great stay! The place is spacious. The house is Estonian old-stylish. There's a parking on site. Our 4-year-old kid loved the tree with lamps in the backyard. Wi-Fi is ok. There's a kitchen. Price was great! Now I'm thinking to return for a longer time there.
Wow! A modern, clean, comfortable, well equipped place- and close to downtown Pärnu. Everything like in the pictures. Great communication with the owner. Easy access via door locks. Private parking.
The best apartment we’ve stayed on this trip.
This is one of the nicest hotel in Pärnu and even in Estonia. Location is just awesome, couple of steps to the beach, volleyball courts and legendary Little Cuba right next to the hotel. Restaurant in offering good breakfast and dinner.
The room had its own AC unit, which was efficient in warm weather. Also liked that the bathroom had bidee shower, which is not common in hotels of Estonia. Patio is nice and green. Location in the old town is great.
Good location centre of Parnu Estonia🇪🇪🌊 near beach🏖, friendly professional staff General Meneger Mr. German Thank you very much, we will come again at the end of July ' 2023 .
A nice hotel for kids. The aquapark is huge and has a lot of rides and pools. Hotel is located in a convenient place, there is a convenience store in 3 minutes walk.
