I am Juan Walls, born in the beautiful island of Tenerife, an island that has got me completely in love. Because of my way of living and my work I travel constantly. I love the whole island but I have no doubt and when I am asked what is the best place to live in Tenerife I always say in Santa Cruz because it has plenty of entertainment opportunities and fast access to the rest of the island. When you spend a lot of time away from this paradise, the first thing you want is to have a bath in one of its beaches. The long walks at sunset in the beautiful sea promenades are a delight and I try to enjoy them as often as I can. This cozy and luminous duplex in the centre of Santa Cruz is ideal for a person who needs to spend a few days in the city for business or as a starting point to visit the island during a vacation. The bathroom and the kitchen are accessed by a spiral staircase, so it is advisable to have a certain agility. The balcony offers beautiful views of the Anaga mountains with the sea in the background. The apartment has a microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric juicer, kettle, gas stove, washing machine with clothesline (and additional space to hang on the rooftop). There is high-speed fibre internet connection with free Wi-Fi and Smart-TV with services such as Netflix, Prime, Disney Plus or YouTube. There is also a cooling tower and USB sockets to charge mobile devices.

The area is very well connected with tram and buses nearby. There are also supermarkets, greengrocers on the corner, pharmacies and even a gym downstairs. The apartment is close to the Ramblas and the cinemas and restaurants. Even so, the apartment is quite quiet which allows a rest without interruptions.
