Food, rooms and location are excellent! Not far from the beach, about 5 minutes walking.

Bad wi-fi connection in the room, it works properly only at lobby and restaurant.

Good quality hotel and value for money.

Sunbeds gave us backache- they need more padding. Staff round the pool hassling us to join in the activties; nobody wanted to , it seemed such a waste of resources (they were nice and friendly). Asked for several twin rooms, however we all had double beds, some of the beds can be unzipped but most couldn't

We have just come back from a week holiday at Bacelo in August; we are a family of 4, with a 5 years old and 2 year old. We choose the All inclusive due to our little ones been so fancy. But there are plenty of restaurants around and lots of Markets to get snacks if go half board. All within walk distance, so cars might not be necessary. We had a great time and the kids absolutely loved the whole experience. The hotel facilities are family-friendly, plenty of swimming pools, enterteinments and food wasn't as bad as some reviews said. (I expected much worst). Family Bedroom 7310 was great for us, far from the pools noise for our siesta and top floor (no one else's kids jumping on the beds above our heads). With plenty of varanda space for a grown up chat or catch up on reading. all air con, and we had a bathroom and shower room with bothrooms. Surprisinly not many English Families or couples around, more Spanish and Italian. There plenty of sights to see in Menorca and the fun Train on the wheels, (kids really loved that) 7 euros per person for the whole journey. At the hotel we found the staff friendly specially with the children. lots of entertaiment during the day and night. We are definitely going back!!

The only bit that I though it wasn't acceptable at the Hotel was that in our bathroom unfortunately the cleaner wouldn't collect the hairs on the drain in the bath. So neither would I, as the hair was there before we used the shower. I did made a complain at the reception.

Perfect hotel and locaton for families. Unique entertainment but it does grow on you after a while!

Quite a lot of fun for children

I first met the hotel where you pay a deposit for towels, and if you need to change them on the net it will cost 1,5 e for use as a safe have to pay 2.6 per day You can wake up pretty early on that balcony in front of your grass cut, which is quite noisy The rooms are not cleaned very well. If you want to feel a three-star hotel somewhere in Antalya (Turkey), then you at the Barcelo! Brg

Very good breakfast and supper (we had hb), good location and a lot of different facilities in the hotel such as swimming pools and bars, spa is okey also, staff is very polite, kind and helpful.

Everything was okey, but hotel is for families with children, not for young couples as we were :)

The hotel was overall very good' Good staff, quick registration, clean room nice balcony but not much of a view. Safe and small fridge in the room, good picture on the telly but only a couple of English channels but who needs it on holiday? The entertainers tried hard, good aqua gym & yoga that my wife discovered on our last day! Good mix of food, I did not go hungry and I tried some new stuff. Good bar and not too expensive and good quality drinks. We were half board so we were not afraid to go out for the day and enjoy the wonderful beaches around the island. I recommend this hotel and the island. 22 Euro taxi from the airport. 80 Euro two days car hire good roads easy driving.

The hotel was overall very good' Evening entertainment was ok but not much for our tastes. I think the junior disco could have been better for the young ones. The shower was hard to temperature control. I recommend this hotel and the island.

Great hotel for families with children. All ages catered for. Great variety of food on offer at breakfast and evening meal. Staff helpful but the staff who worked in the show bar area were extremely efficient.

No teapots at breakfast.

Excelente hotel, hemos quedado muy contentos,el personal muy amable, todo muy limpio, las instalaciones muy bonitas y en una zona muy tranquila.

El buffet un poco escaso, todo lo demas perfecto.

La comida y la cena poca variedad. Los servicios del hotel como el spa van todos a parte del precio.

Un hotel muy limpio, el buffet variado y el personal muy amable. El último día nos dejaron una habitación completa para ducharnos antes de que saliera el vuelo. Un buen detalle. Muy detallada

Para conocer la isla, la ubicación es muy mala. Las calas más interesantes se encuentran a más de una hora en coche. La cala de Punta Prima está muy bien, para familias con niños que no vayan a moverse mucho por la isla estaba muy bien

O parque de estacionamento ser pago sumo de laranja nao ser 100% natural uso de cobertores em vez de edredons

La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza y el buen gusto y buen estado de las instalaciones.

La comida del buffet deberia tener un poco mas de variedad de platos y sobre todo de mejor calidad si se llevan al plano de la categoria de hotel y la cadena a la que pertenece.

mucho frio en las habitaciones, por debajo puerta balcón tuve que poner dos toallas enrolladas del viruji q. entraba. la comida no se pasaba de buena.

Buena ubicacion y buenas instalaciones. Muchas actividades y buffet desayuno muy completo.

Las instalaciones en general están bien, modernas y en buen estado. Mi impresión es que están orientadas sobre todo al turismo en familia.

La comida bastante mal. Mala calidad y poca variedad, tanto en el desayuno como en el resto de las comidas. Y creo que le horario de la cena debería ampliarse al menos hasta las 22 o 22.30 horas.

Trato del personal muy amable. Relación calidad-precio muy buena

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und die Betten Neuwertig. Die grosszügige Poolanlage und das Essen waren spitze.

Leider habe ich als Alleinreisende, totz Vermerk bei der Buchung, kein Zimmer mit Pool/Meersicht erhalten. Leider sind die Zimmer etwas ringhörig.

Buona ubicazione logistica per visitare la parte sud dell'isola se automuniti. Struttura vicino alla spiaggia ma ad inizio maggio non è ancora attrezzata e girando per l'isola ne abbiamo scoperte di molto migliori Variata ed abbondante la colazione a buffet.

Le camere non sono ben isolate fonicamente.La discrezione nell'intimità non esiste e la cosa è abbastanza imbarazzante e fastidiosa la sera e la mattina presto.

La nourriture était très bonne et très copieuse

Le lit à roulette, la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, la disposition de la chambre avec un vis à vis en face le balcon(obligé de garder les rideaux fermés), la musique D.ambiance trop triste, pas D.eau en carafe pour les repas.
