We had an amazing experience at Hotel La Cabana. The room was beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable with thoughtful details, like for example it’s the only hotel we know that provides milk in the room just in case we wanted it with our coffee. It has a lovely pool and garden overlooking the town of Berga and mountain ranges. The hotel is centrally located if you want to do hiking trails or visit other towns in Berguedà. The staff were super attentive, warm and anticipated our needs even before we thought of them. Josep is a star host, truly made us feel like it was a home away from home so much so that we were sad to leave. Queralt also took good care of us, from the room to the fabulous chocolate croissant she prepared. In fact, the hotel has the most spectacular breakfast spread I’ve seen in Catalonia which you could partake while enjoying the mountain and valley views. Free parking right beside the hotel. The restaurant is also quite amazing. We had all our meals there and everything was scrumptious! Our favorite hotel in the region. We will definitely go back!

    Location is absolutely stunning, within the hills, looking out over the majestic Pedra Forca and with many picturesque walking routes from the hotel. Hotel has character, beautiful breakfast room, chilled grassy area with deck chairs and simple, comfortable spacious rooms. Staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations in the area.

    Very nice and cosy house and rooms in Saldes. The building is charming and they serve a tasty local food dinner if you wish to eat there. It is really a very authentic and comfortable hostal rural in the Catalonian mountains.
