The vacation home 'Era del Puerto 2' in Totalán is a part of a residential complex of 3 buildings and provides a comfortable setting for a holiday with a panoramic mountain view. The impressive 133 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 11 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a TV. Your private outdoor area includes a barbecue. Moreover, guests enjoy access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from 10 AM till 8 PM, closed for maintenance in winter), a garden, an open terrace and an outdoor shower. The poolside area is equipped for sunbathing and chilling in the shade. 50 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed. The property has step-free access and a step-free interior. Beach/pool towels are provided. Please be mindful of children in the pool during the stay ( the pool is 2 m deep).
