Capacity for up to 6 people, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed), 2 full bathrooms (one en suite), living room with built-in kitchen. Tranquility and silence as it is an interior apartment and at the same time in the historical and cultural area, surrounded by bars, shops, Town Hall, port and railway station.

ACCOMMODATION RULES: * One day before your arrival we will contact you by WhatsApp to confirm your arrival and delivery of keys * Upon arrival, a deposit will be charged by block on your credit card, which will be released within 7 days after your departure. * The entry time will be from 3:00 p.m., although depending on availability, the time could be brought forward if needed. * Upon departure, you must leave the accommodation in normal conditions of cleanliness, air conditioning units turned off, windows and doors closed, take inside the house and the garbage taken out. * Forbidden to accommodate more people than declared, make noise between 11pm and 10am or play loud music. * Failure to comply with these rules could imply supplements to be deducted from the deposit or the cancellation of the reservation.
