Located in a privileged area such as Plaza España, a stone's throw from public transport and surrounded by one of the most emblematic green areas of the city. The apartment has two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds and a small sofa bed. The terrace will invite you to have breakfast in the sun while you plan the day and the living room will become an ideal space to rest in the evening when they return from the tour. It also has a spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare tasty meals. An oasis of tranquility for being in a purely family building. Ideal for families or quiet groups that know how to respect the rest of the neighbors. The apartment is fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, towels, bed linen, shampoo and shower gel, air conditioning and heating, washing machine, iron and a wide variety of cooking utensils. *If you come as a family and with children, let me know in advance so that I can prepare the apartment for you with the necessary equipment.
