The contemporary design and accessories provide a high quality home that incorporates air conditioning units/heating in all rooms including living room/kitchen, solar water heating, thermal and noise insulation, PVC Windows, fitted wardrobes etc. The villa has private parking for a vehicle within the grounds, terraces at the front and rear of the house and a private pool. From the parking area a few steps lead to the main entrance. Villa Topaz has 3 bedrooms; a master bedroom with large double bed, bathroom (with bath) and terrace for sunbathing, as well as two rooms with twin single beds sharing a second bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Up on the first floor is the stylish kitchen, dining and lounge with a toilet. There are terraces on each end, one with views to the terrace of the swimming pool and the other in the front with beautiful views. From the kitchen there are stairs leading to a roof terrace with wonderful views of the town, sea and mountains. The pool dimensions are 4 x 3.5m and depths 1.25m - 1.35m.
