the bar and entertainment the supermarket was very good and handy

the swearing of the men in groups in the bar area not controlled enough there was young children listening to it

childrens facilities close to beach close to benalmedena lovely lounge area nice restaurants nice appartment

we were given a mountain view room which disappointed us, we thought that since we had a child and would spend more time in our room that we'd be given a sea view room.

Friday when very loud all men parties have been drinking, swearing and taking trunks down in presence of children & families and security ignored. Would have bought famy here next time until this happened

the rooms were very nice for the value of money. kept nice and clean. my daughter loved the pool and children's facilities. The supermarket was also reasonably priced even tho there was a dia supermarket across the road. Good views of the sea and mountain.

The entertainment in the oasis bar was good, however I felt that having entertainment while other guests were eating there evening meals was a little off putting. I think the moonlight bar should of been open more rather than only 4 nights a week. Noise levels from other guests espeacially above our room was very disturbing.

Having to wait to get a table for breakfast and being ushered around buy staff as to where we should stand and wait.. didnt bother with breakfast for our 2 night stay rather eat out.

It is a busy hotel but friendly there are plenty of activities in the hotel. if the weather is bad there is plenty to do . The staff are very helpful and the travel agent at the desk was more than helpful giving me my money back when I booked the wrong trip.the location is perfect

Small rooms

Good location, lot of inhouse services. No parking problems off season.

The heating is too weak, it was very cold in the room. The use of the keycard as electricity card is childish, in several occassions the cleaners took it out when we left it in. The thing is, that also the fridge is loosing then power together with all the things we left there to charge. This is not acceptable. The restaurant has above average prices and average food. The indoor swimming pool costs 5 EUR/entry and has also no separate heating compared to the gym so the air is cold. The wifi coverage should be extended to the rooms. There were a very high number of pensionists and the services were very much focused on that age range so we felt a bit misplaced with our children here. The parking house of the building has a height limitation of 1.85 m, so no vans can drive in, this was not a problem now, off season, but there are not that many parking places outside so it can be problematic during high season.

It was a very causy hotel with very good facilities and all the necessary things nearby.

There were no negative things.

I specially enjoyed my stay this time because the hotel was not overcrowded and the service all round was excellent.

Hotel was clean and modern. Great value for money and conveniently located to beach and nightlife. Although weather not great for the time of year, I would highly recommend it.

Rooms were well designed and equipped. Staff were friendly and hotel in a good position. We were staying early January so weather not so good, but a nice walk into port area, seafront made it a nice walk.

I find in a lot of hotels not just Sunset Beach the noise that people make who are above you, like moving furniture walking about on the tiled floors, i recommend that some kind of notice put in rooms reminding guests that there are people underneath

Comfort, easy walking to all amenities, well appointed, good food & plenty to do in the hotel. Being an apartment hotel has many benifits.

The location at the seaside

The rooms are very poorly isolated, so there is much noise. No way of sleeping.
