This 64 m2 flat is on the first floor of a small building in Evian centre and has access to a private terrace and garden. The living room has a sofa-bed, armchairs and a TV. The kitchen area is well equipped : large fridge/freezer, gas hob, and induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, oven. The terrace and garden (outside furniture available) are accessible through glass doors in this main room. Both bedrooms have double beds and face the garden. Wardrobes and cupboards are available as well as a small laundry room. The bathroom offers a shower, sink and washing machine. The WC are separate. Free wifi. Private garage on the right side of the building (medium to small car). Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
