The house is conveniently located near downtown and has a private garage connected to the home. Typical regional home with the living space on the first level and the bedrooms located on the second floor. The home is very quiet street yet near the major access road to the city. Well appointed with all the necessities for your stay, the kitchen is modern and convenient. A small patio allows you to enjoy the fresh air during the warmer days. The living space provides a dining table for your family evening diner as well as a small living room area with a smart TV. On the Second floor you will find to nicely appointed bedrooms. the master bedroom has a queen bed (160) and its own bathroom with a shower. The secondary bedroom has a double size bed (140). A full size bathroom is available on this floor with a washer and dryer. A separate toilet is also available. There is a minimum age requirement. All adult members of your party must be 21 or older unless they are children traveling as part of a family group. Every guest must be registered and verified on your reservation. We have a strict no party or gathering policy. Guest must sign Rental Agreement and provide Government ID. Although you have access to the entire house, there is one owner closet located in the secondary bedroom. The access to the second floor and the basement that are also not accessible to guests. We only supply start up necessary paper amenities (toilet paper rolls, paper towels). There are 2 cameras. There is 1 door bell camera located outside the front door & 1 camera monitoring the garage entrance. Video w/ Audio Recording is triggered by activity. Any recording is automatically deleted after 30 days. Third Party Reservations (Guest not occupying the home) are strictly forbidden and again any channel policy. The guest who made the reservation must be an active occupant for the entire duration of the reservation. Unauthorized guests will be removed, Reservation Canceled, no refund

Kelly and Thomas both have a passion and background in hospitality. Living on the US East Coast now, they come back to Amiens to visit family. Thomas grew up in Amiens before starting his professional career in the USA and enjoys bringing his family back home on a regular basis. One of their favorite things to do is spending time in the various downtown area such as Quartier Saint Leu or the Hortillonnages. Of course, we never miss an opportunity to admire the stunning Cathedral and enjoy the light show.

Amiens is a city in northern France, divided by the Somme river. It’s known for the Gothic Amiens Cathedral and nearby medieval belfry. Shops and cafes line the Quartier St.-Leu’s narrow streets. Floating market gardens (“hortillonnages”) dot the city’s canals. The Musée de Picardie shows art and antiquities spanning centuries. Nearby, the Maison de Jules Verne is a museum where the science fiction author once lived.
