The room is pleasant and the staff friendly. The entrance to the hotel is open and bright overlooking a terrace and swimming pool. There was a specials menu. The food was great.

The underground parking was very good and convenient to the hotel, Our room was fine but not the one we had been promised from our previous trip two weeks before. Not having been informed that the lift was out of order this made it difficult for us due to reduced mobility. We had been allocated a first floor room on previous visit but this was unavailable and we were allocated a second floor room described as a superior room which I found questionable. The location is really good with a short walk to nearby restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - carrying our luggage to the room which we would have been unable to do.

This hotel is located a few minutes’ drive from the historic city centre of Troyes.

I arrived at 10pm, so I didn't see much of the hotel, to be honest. In the morning, the breakfast room looked very busy and good. I loved that there was an easy to use (and affordable) car charger in the car park.

The rooms have recently been refurbished top a high standard. We had a large room with a big bed and lovely bathroom. The secure underground car park is a big plus.
