EU is a lovely little town which was only a 5 min walk.
EU is a lovely little town which was only a 5 min walk. Lots of shops and restaurants to pick from. Our favourite was La Bragnance which had a lovely atmosphere. Quiet and after 10pm nothing is open but I loved that.

I have been meaning to go to Eu for over 20 years so chose it as a base for trips out to coastal spots. It is very charming but old fashioned; shops close for two hour lunches and there are very restricted places to eat if you want a Michelin three knives and forks and over experience in the town centre. Virtually empty after 20:00 hrs. Ever heard of a saint with a surname? Well St Laurence O'Toole, patron saint of Eu and Dublin is yer man!
The hotel is a modern renovation of the old station hotel in Eu. We stayed for five nights in a "suite" on the top floor (see access comments below) and it was large with a comfortable bed. The chairs were not very comfortable and despite the description, there was no microwave. The bathroom was large and efficient. There is a big TV too. Breakfast was OK.
Beautiful house, full of charm. Very comfortable room with effective shutters to cut the light in the morning. Located less than 500m from the historic centre of Eu, and about 5 km coast (beach + coastal path) and the Tréport. Our hosts gave us a great tip for a restaurant on the beach at Mers. Finally, breakfast was really good.
The location is central; parking is quite easy in Eu (lots of free car parks). The property is quirky - beautifully furnished in retro chic - accompanies the antiques shop on the ground floor. Nice personal service for breakfast; excellent pastries. Help with luggage was appreciated. Eu has lots to see - very historic place.
This is a splendid location, quiet, the vue is extraordinary, surrounded by green and silence. The hosts, Pauline and Thierry, and their kids are a welcoming french family, I revisited this area after 40 years and it still has the french charm, as well as Eu. It was a great experience!
After traveling nearly 40 countries and plenty of cities and towns since 1993, I can honestly say, this was the perfect stay. My new home away from home. I cannot wait to visit Escapade Eudoise when visting the Normandy region again. Karine and Benjamin are the perfect hosts!
What a fantastic hotel with so many beautiful rooms. We felt really spoilt.
The staff were most helpful. Breakfast was well presented in a wonderful room overlooking the gardens.
The hotel and all the rooms contained many interesting objets d'art and interesting souvenirs.
The situation of the hotel is really nice , a very quiet place in the middle of the countryside with a nice garden and easy parking. The bar is really nice and a very good service .

Traditional old French townhouse, stylishly modernised. Comfortable contemporary bedrooms. Located in the centre of EU. Parking outside. Friendly staff.
