Very friendly and helpful staff at check in, advised that there was space at rear and I could park my car in the grounds rather than on street. Room was very clean and bathroom spotless. Small bar fridge was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. Gates to accomodation and parking closed in the evening but are accessible via pin code, very secure.

The girls who work there are so helpful and kind…we have been in Europe 6/12 ( so pretty tired) I arrived from bus stop about 2 kms across cobblestone.i was so cranky when I arrived .. most unusual you couldn’t get in until 5pm ( yet one had to be out by 11. ? The hotel is above average but the breakfast was very bad. Neither the staff nor the breakfast venue is allocated for this purpose. The girl at the reception is trying to help, but the management needs to assign a staff there. Material needs to be added.
