The hotel was perfectly positioned in the town. The staff were very friendly, helpful profesional and efficient. The bedroom was charming with a partial view of the sea and the double bed was a delight to sleep on and gave us perfect comfort. Altogether our single night stay was first class and we would certainly use this hotel again in the future.

Location is fantastic, Hotel is newly renovated and does deserve a better rating. Rooms are small but modern and very clean. We had a room with balcony and the views were amazing. Busy bar downstairs but no major noise but this could be different in the summer when you want to keep window open.

The sea view room was very nice. Nice furnitures, colours, bed very comfortable and a general attention to details. Spacious bathroom with bath tub and shower and real windows, not forced air... Good breakfast and staff very kind.

This is a wonderful apartment located in an amazing location. Besides the well-equipped studio, we had a wonderful view of the sea and the port. The apartment was extremely clean, with a comfortable bed, a warm blanket and enough pillows. It was also convenient to get very detailed instructions with photos about check-in. I like fishing arbour, although the fishing in Fécamp seem...

I like fishing arbour, although the fishing in Fécamp seem it is little nowadays. Nice abbey church. Very nice (and moving) fishing etc museum. Not far from the Etretat cliffs, but it is impossible to park around that village as it is so crowdy (100 000 people it seems), but sb advised me to park in Bénouville village and walk from there : it is a far but feasible ;-)

There were interesting buildings in the city, Palais...

There were interesting buildings in the city, Palais Bénédictine, Abbatiale de la Sainte Trinité, Palais Ducal, and the houses of 19th century architecture with flint. There are also many possibilities to hike and to see the beautiful white cliffs.

Looks like an interesting seaside town with a busy harbour and dramatic cliff views. We only stayed one night so didn't explore the town, as we were en route between different parts of France. We would consider going back for a slightly longer stay.

Fecamp is a working town, with a harbour and beach.

Fecamp is a working town, with a harbour and beach. The town is compact, with a general selection of shops. We found the location perfect for walks along the cliffs, visiting gardens and eating out. Visit the old abbey where Benedictine was made; it has a lovely cocktail bar in an atrium, with accompanying shop. Also, a lovely walk to visit Les Jardins de Louanne & K. which are worth visiting. Le Jardin de Etretat is about half an hours drive away.

We came to Fécamp so that we could visit the Palais...

We came to Fécamp so that we could visit the Palais Benedictine which was definitely worth it. Fécamp is an interesting port town. We unfortunately had terrible weather so it dulled our trip a bit. We arrived latish (9:30pm) in a terrible storm & found that the restaurants which were supposed to be open til 11pm closed at 10pm. We ended up finding a bar that had food so we were able to get something. We walked around Fécamp the next morning, then visited the Palais. As soon as our tour was over we drove to Veules-les-Roses (suggestion of the Fécamp tourist bureau) for the late afternoon & dinner before returning to Fécamp. We stayed 2 nights in Fécamp. In retrospect it may have been better to stay 1 night or visit the Palais from another locale. But with better weather we would have probably enjoyed our time there more.

Just arrive and feel at home in this wonderful place. The appartment is hughe, nicely decorated and perfectly fitted to any needs and wishes. The view is just breathtaking and the only negative aspect is that at the end of the stay you have to leave. Fecamp ist very conveniently located and offers the life of a small town (also in the after season), a busy harbour and a picturesque scenery that inspired painter Monet in the past. The host Laurent was reactive, helpful, inspiring,... throughout our stay. Anytime again!

It’s a wonderful apartment. Beautiful view of the sea and the pétanque court. The sofa was comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with tableware, appliances, spices, oil, tea, coffee, etc. The bathroom is small but effective. Fécamp is a nice place to stay, we liked the city and all the possibilities to hike.
