Experience life in the heart of Paris Latin Quarter with this spacious 1-bedroom, 46 square meters apartment located on the 3rd floor of a secure residential building with an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. We understand the importance of staying connected, which is why there is a high-speed Wi-Fi (1/Gbps) connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave, and more. The kitchen also comes with all the cookware, dishes and utensils needed to prepare meals at home. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. Cleaning supplies, a vacuum, broom and mop are also provided. The apartment is heated with electric heating. The bedroom is interior courtyard facing with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. All the necessary bedding and linens are provided and professionally laundered. This property can host up to 4 guests. The flat has one en-suite shower room with a bathtub/shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet accessible via the hallway You will find soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels to start off your stay. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will be provided with all the necessary details regarding the self checkin and checkout procedures. We offer 24/7 support for submit maintenance requests, extra cleanings and linen changes (for a fee) and more. Professional housekeepers clean and sanitize after each checkout.

Late check-in fees: 19:00-21:59 (50 EUR), from 22:00 onward (90 EUR).

Payment:

For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

Damage Deposit

Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in.

This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

House Rules & Restrictions:

Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests.

Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking.

Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages.
