## The space Located 2 minutes from the famous Promenade des Anglais, close to transport and shops, this flat is ideal to enjoy a nice stay on the French Riviera. Located on the 6th floor (with lift), this charming flat of 33 m² is composed of : - a pleasant balcony, - a beautiful living room with a comfortable sofa bed, - a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm), - a bathroom with shower, - a well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, hotplates, fridge), - TV. → A hotel quality cleaning is done before your arrival and after your departure. → Our guests will be provided with all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo ## Guest access Upon arrival, your keys will be at your disposal at our agency in the city centre, less than 10 minutes from your rental. From Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, a concierge will be there to welcome you. ## The neighborhood At 2 min walk from the Promenade des Anglais and 1 min walk from the tramway, you are in the best place to discover the many advantages of Nice! You will be able to discover at your ease the Museum of Naïve Art (1200m), the Museum of Asian Arts (1500m) or the Phoenic Zoological Park (1500m). The Carras beach, 2 minutes walk away, is supervised in season and has a beach volleyball court and water sports (jet-ski).
