## The space
Welcome to our exceptional apartment located in rue Jean Cocteau on the outskirts of Bordeaux. This charming 82 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor of a quiet and secure building, is perfect for your stay in Bordeaux. As soon as you enter the apartment, you will be amazed by the natural light that floods the living room, offering direct access to a balcony of about 10 m². The living room also includes an open kitchen and a dining area for your meals with family or friends. The apartment benefits from a double East/West exposure, offering you a beautiful luminosity throughout the day. The building is very well maintained and secure, allowing you to enjoy your stay in peace. The night space is separate for more privacy and offers two large bedrooms with storage, one of which has a private balcony facing west. The laundry room is also at your disposal for your comfort. Decorated and arranged in a contemporary style, it has a living room with a sofa, two armchairs and a TV, and a dining area with a table and chairs; an open equipped kitchen; two bedrooms with two double beds (140); a bathroom and a separate toilet. You will feel at ease during your stay: Fridge, Hotplate, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc...

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a Hostenga concierge, who will ensure that your stay goes smoothly (professional cleaning, hotel-quality sheets and towels provided, handing over of keys).

## Other things to note
Hostenga will check your identity before handing over the keys and inform you that a deposit will be collected before arrival and refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure by credit card. Arrivals or departures between 9pm and 8am will be accompanied by a cash surcharge to be paid directly to the concierge who will welcome you.

## The neighborhood
The location is ideal, just steps away from Bordeaux's boulevards and the "Transport Bordeaux Métropole" bus network, with easy access to the tramway only 15 minutes away on foot. The famous "Parc Bordelais", the largest wooded park in the city, is also only a 5 minute walk away, perfect for a walk or picnic with family and friends. Museum of Decorative Arts and Design: a museum that displays collections of decorative objects and design from different eras is 20 minutes away by public transportation (bus) or 10 minutes by car.
The "Place des Quinconces" is one of the largest squares in Europe, lined with trees and fountains, and is a popular gathering place for events and festivals. And don't forget the Grand Théâtre de Bordeaux, a 15 minute drive away. A historic theater dating back to 1780, with a magnificent facade and an auditorium adorned with chandeliers and gilding. The Quays of Bordeaux: along the banks of the Garonne River, you can find restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as a breathtaking view of the city. And La Cité du Vin: a museum dedicated to wine and its history, which offers interactive exhibits, tastings and activities for all ages, a 20-minute drive away.

Bus: several bus lines of the Bordeaux Metropole transport network pass near rue Jean Cocteau, including lines 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 20, 24 and 26. Tramway: the nearest tramway station is "Les Aubiers", which is about a 15-minute walk from rue Jean Cocteau. This station is served by lines A and C. Bicycle: It is possible to rent bicycles on a self-service basis thanks to the VCub system of Bordeaux Metropole. Several VCub stations are located near rue Jean Cocteau.
