В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается 100% от стоимости первой ночи проживания

При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях взимается EUR 15,00 с человека за ночь.
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается EUR 25,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные

Nice relaxing surroundings with good breakfast and good staff. The shower was falling down and there were extra charges on top of the 109 Euro/night i booked the hotel for. E.g. taxes |

we arrived and the hotel was in the midst of construction works, this is why me and my boyfriend where the only 2 people around the hotel when we arrived. The smell of paint and turps was overwhelming so we asked to change room. They upgraded us to a suite which, was a mish mash of a 60 minute makeover and over complicated bathroom suite ( with no toilet but a toilet which was in the living room area). The reception staff seemed more concerned with if we wanted to book into there restaurant rather than address unhappy customers. We visited the pool to find the cleaning machine was left on in the pool ( no staff came to remove this equipment, in addition there was black mould all the way around the top of the pool tiles!). We left the hotel and facilities only to return to sleep in bed then head of first thing in morning. Hotel was an absolute rip off and i cant believe clients are not advised of construction and painting works being carried out prior to arrival. The room was 150 euros for 1 night, i would not have given them 50 euros. I hope future guests are not exposed to this environment. |

The food was excellent in the only restaurant, but service was surprisingly slow. Very tired fixtures and fittings, staff disinterested. Hard to find, located in shopping superstore area. |

The down comforter and the bed. I liked the tiles in tha rooms as well as their bathrooms. Only I recommend the toilet sits to be changed. Price was high for Perpignan! |

L'hôtel idéal pour faire une halte d'une nuit sur la route de l'Espagne. Très confortable, agrémenté d'un excellent restaurant, le cadre est charmant et plutôt calme malgré la proximité de l'autoroute et d'une zone commerciale. |

Buena ubicación, a las afueras de perpignan,(a minutos de la autopista y la carretera que va a la costa). Es un bonito hotel, muy tranquilo, cómodo y limpio. Personal atento y amable (hablan español perfectamente). Me parece excesivo el precio de 15 euros/persona por el desayuno. Es un pequeño buffet con algo de bolleria, embutido, y cereales. Eso si, se agradece que todos los zumos sean naturales. |
