素敵なホテルを低価格で提供して頂き、とても楽しめました。部屋からニースの海岸がきれいに見えて、ゆっくりできました。スタッフも質問には親切に応対してくれました。

部屋はきれいでしたが、せっかくのバルコニーに鳥の糞が・・残念でした。エクストラベッドをお願いしましたが、ソファらしきものがあっただけで、それについての説明はありませんでした。（エキストラは無料だから仕方なかったのでしょうか？）　空港からは高速バスがありましたが、市内観光や駅までのバスがなく、タクシーか徒歩でやや不便でした。

ホテルも綺麗で、すごしやすいホテルでした。

荷物の多い客にはちょっと入り口の段差がきつかったです。

スタッフの対応が最低。

日本で払い込みまでしていたのに、当日ホテルに着いたら泊まる部屋がないと言われ、別のホテルに移動させれた。しかもその時のスタッフの態度が最悪だった。

The location of the hotel is great, and the hotel itself is a historical beauty. From the rooms with sea view you can really se all the beach from the airport to the old town. Rooms are spacious.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free internet access is a plus, because in France many hotels still charge by the hour.

My room in the fifth floor needs a re-decoration.But my friends' in the fourth floor was newly decorated.

It's location is very good.

The rooms were very basic, no double beds, no shower curtains and overall I though not very good value for money.

The view from our room was unbelievably beautiful!!

The hotel was in a good location and has the potential to be an excellent hotel.

Deluxe room was small for price. Staff was a little arrogant. Shower leaked onto the floor. No pay per view TV or radio. Replacement roll of toilet paper was molded. Ceiling air conditioner leaked. Front desk was notified; however 1.5 hours later, they were unaware of the call and maintenance had left for the day. Spoke to a manager, who upgraded us to a larger Jr suite.
