The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, and a first-floor living/dining room with seating for four guests, Smart TV and electric flame-effect stove. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor double with en-suite shower room and a second-floor 4’ double, along with a bathroom. Outside there is front patio with picnic table, as well as off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop and a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. 4 Alpha Rise is a lovely escape for a family holiday in Cumbria. Note: The front patio is not enclosed. Note: There are two sets of stairs within the property which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Note: Property only accepts a check in on a Friday.
