As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has three bedrooms and can sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed. In the next bedroom, there are twin beds. The third bedroom (downstairs) contains bunk beds. There are two bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet, sink, bath, and over-bath shower. The second wc (upstairs) has a toilet and sink. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is free parking on the premises and parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property (max two dogs, 10GBP additional charges per stay.) -Dogs must be kept on a lead around the farm. If the dogs are left alone on the property, they must be in a secure cage provided by the guest. -If push bikes are brought by guests, these should not be stored in the house! - Electric cars should not be charged at the property
