Trevlig personal och ett förvånansvärt rent rum för att vara London. Allt var minilitet, men fungerade och faktiskt fräscht. Mkt bra frukost! |

Bra service i receptionen med personlig information och karta. Rummen fungerade bra, det ena med fin utsikt över parken. Snabb service vid frukosten. Lätt att lämna kvar bagage efter utcheckningen. Ett av våra rum låg i källaren med trist utsikt över ett schakt och en fläkttrumma. |

Läget! Golvet lutade i hotellrummet och därmed också min säng. Flera nätter vaknade jag av att jag höll på att ramla ur sängen! Tråkigt rum med kala väggar. Inga sänglampor! Hur det var i andra rum vet jag inte. |

Good, consistent english breakfast; clean, quiet and very good position for those who want to visit London. It is very close to Paddington underground and train station. There are affordable shops and restaurants in the area. The spaciousness: very small room, it is not enough space to place a closet and in the bathroom you have the sensation that you are on the submarine or in the plane. When you take a shower you need to go out the bathroom to wipe your body. There is no refrigerator and no air conditioned in the room. |

The room was not clean and the bathroom smelled of urine. The sheets and coverlet smelled musty. There was no a/c and the window would not stay open. Also the steps are steep and narrow; it was difficult for someone like myself (I have bad asthma) to carry a suitcase up five flights of stairs with no assistance. |

It was convenient to the tube and train. The square in front gave it a friendly feeling; less traffic. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The food was good--and plenty of it. The bathroom was clean. I liked the convenience of the extra toilet in the hall. Even though we checked out at 10:30 a.m. we were able to leave our luggage until later. The bed was very uncomfortable--sagged in the middle. The carpet needed a power vacuuming. |

Great location, less than 5 mins from Paddington Tube station, quiet enough area. Helpful staff. Single rooms are on the 4th floor and there is no lift. Room got very very hot (there was a fan but it was not working - they might have changed it if I had asked). Very small bathroom, shower was powerful but the water didn't go down well. |

The staff were helpful and very friendly, hotel clean and location fantastic for a short trip to london when time is scarce. We asked for a second key and despite a promise on the first day that we would get it within half hour, we didnt get it for 3 days! Our only room key wasvery difficult to use and kept getting stuck in the locks. |

The proximity to Paddington Station is brilliant & access to bus, train, Hyde Park is the best. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly & helpful. No Lift - miles of stairs with heavy bags or at the end of a busy day is painful. Like all cheaper hotels in London, the rooms are microscopic & bathrooms even smaller. |

Nearness of Tube, quiet location,meal options in front of Hotel,kind staff,available informations,good breakfast. For this price and location i think we got everything by London standards.We were here for the second time and it was very good.We just like it. |
