The under ground room there is no connection for the phone we can't talk when we are in the room

There was no free WIFI, they dont take Maestro even if they say so on web

Good location close to 2 underground stations

Small rooms.. unfriendly staff.. Not clean.. uncomfortable..

I liked the convenient location

I didnt like the beds, they were uncomfortable and very dirty, full of stains.. like blood, and oil!!! So, they werent changed for me after another person had slept on them previously.. I didn't like the carpet floor in the room and the sink was clogged.. this room was very nasty, but thankfully it was changed and we were given another one. I didn't like how the staff didn't show any importance to my dissatisfaction, they weren't hospitable as i was complaining.. I didnt like the breakfast.

proximity to parks,transportation and shops. fridge in room and early check in was much appreciated after overnight flight and early arrival

bedmaking skills could be improved. The sheets were always coming untucked. No face cloths, had to bring our own. poor toilettries and no tissues.

It was really comfortable and has a homely feeling to it. The staff was really helpful at all times and really neat.

Easy accessible. The bathroom was clean

Money value should include breakfast . The street was very noisy in the early hours of the morning.

Location is excellent, room is clean, staff are friendly, price is good, warm, hot water, Safe,

20 minutes to check in. Walls are TOO thin, you can hear neighbours' talking!! No privacy with this! The first night I could not sleep because of a neighbour who had a continuance coughing. You can also hear every word they take! If u have children with u, pray that ur neighbours will not have banging party at their room!! The second night was very good as no neighbours were there. Take this in ur consideration

Long Q at check in, only 2 staff on, english was not there first language.

Noise from street. No double glazing. Not ideal for business traveller who need to sleep due to very early rise.

None we stayed because we paid in advance through credit card other wise we would have moved

1-Rooms are so small 2-no amenities at all in the bathrooms 3-no portars 4-wanted to charge us for laguage storage as we arrive at 12 pm 5-rooms were given at 5 pm and not a single word word from anyone 6-charge 7 pounds for wifi 8-no help from front staff when we ask for any information 9-no value for money never again and not recommended at all

Not a double bed, was 2 beds put together. No drinks in the fridge no dressing gown poorly furnished room

They tried to change my hotel when I went to check in. I had to fight with the staff who wanted to move me across London to a sister hotel, despite the fact that I had arrangements already made to meet people in this hotel. It was very stressful. I stayed in room 826. No elevator to my floor. Ceilings were very low. I am sure that there is some law against this. Room was filthy. Walls were dirty and badly need to be washed / painted, carpet was stained in my parts, tiles in the bathroom were broken, TV didnt work. Bathroom required a complete refit. Main light didnt work in bathroom. AC didnt work properly. There was also a weird smell in the corridor to my room. Like a swimming pool smell. Also, it is the only hotel that I have ever stayed in that had a "Fix Me" card hanging on the door! Surely if the hotel goes to the bother of creating the cards, they should invest in actually fixing the issues first, instead of requesting the guests to do this for them.

This hotel was nicely situated and had a friendly staff. It was clean.

The room we got was nothing like what was shown on the website. It had no window and was down in the basement. We had to go up to street level to use our mobile phone. The web advert said Wi-Fi was available. This was not the case. Maybe you had to pay for it. We did not bother finding out as our basement room had no internet reception anyway. The wash basin was blocked and we reported this the following morning but it was not fixed until the day after when we were checking out. The room was a very cramped space and the bathroom was tiny. Hardly any room to put our bags out of the way. Could not get the extractor fan in the bathroom to work as well. We certainly will not be returning there again. Such a pity as location is great. And we will be visiting London frequently over the next year.
