This little hotel is placed right in the middle of the mumbles and has perfect access to the sea, restaurants and bars. Lisa met us when we arrived and showed us to our room, she was lovely and accommodating. The hotel and rooms have been decorated to a high finish with everything well decorated. We loved our room with is lower level (huge) bathroom and roll top bath. The breakfast in the morning was lovely.

Most liked was easy/quick beach access, very clear instructions for check in from host. Least liked was the amount of traffic lights on the shorefront - nothing to do with the accommodation which was excellent in every way - just needed to allow extra time when driving anywhere. Everywhere we went was family/kid friendly, and everyone was super friendly and nice We’ll definitely be back, and for longer. Plantasia, the tropical animal indoor zoo is fantastic, and staff super helpful and friendly. Loads of the big brand supermarkets within easy reach for self catering accommodation. Long drive (from Surrey), so would recommend a rest stop at services/Bristol on travel there and back

Mumbles is a great place to stay. Everyone is very friendly. Great walks along the seafront to walk into town or on to Swansea!
Lots to see and do on foot. Dogs are out in abundance which is lovely to see and they are welcome in all establishments.

It was just an amazing experience.
It was just an amazing experience. The area are buzzing and there were so much fantastic places to eat. The beaches were amazing and one need time to visit them all. For us it was also close to so many Castles to visit and see. And if you like your meat, then this is the place to go. The Welsch lamb and specifically the Welsch Salt Marsh lamb is the best.

We came to the Mumbles to celebrate our daughter's wedding and having travelled from Kent decided to stay for a few days and explore. Overall the weather was kind to us, just Sunday with rain. We took ourselves off to Rhossili Bay which was beautiful and because I have some disabilities it had a reasonably flat path that you could walk along to see the beach and the Worms Head. The main difficulty we had was using the car park ticket machines! You needed a degree to understand them but luckily, a local resident helped us and we in turn was then able to help others in the same plight. A lovely long weekend.

Beautiful, quirky, retro, very spacious, comfy beds, sea views has everything you could need. The board games in the lounge was a lovely touch. Below the flat is a welcoming traditional pub with piano! Close proximity to seafront, coffee shops, restaurants, shops and many galleries. Already booked for later on in the year.
Absolutely lovely hotel room, overlooking Swansea Bay.
Room was spacious, spotlessly clean.
Sliding doors opened onto a small balcony/terrace area.( too wet to use during our stay)
Lovely white linens, big bathsheets.
Comfort big bed. Block out curtains.
Good breakfast downstairs. We also had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant downstairs.
It was a wet day and evening so there was no outside drinkers/socialising or noise to bother us.
Pay and display parking, at a good rate, was very close.
Lovely hotel excellently located right in the middle
Of The Mumbles. Within easy reach of everything on foot. Rooms were a little quirky but comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning a good selection and well cooked but not the same as sitting down in the restaurant to eat it. I’m not sure why restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast when it was open at night for dinner. Didn’t affect our stay though
Staff were extremely friendly and attentive
Would recommend
The location was superb, Overlooking Swansea bay.
The tides reach guest house, was absolutely stunning, inside . Nothing was too much trouble for Metin the proprietor, great superior room, tea making facilities great bathroom, comfy bed , very well decorated and clean, great selection for breakfast, and great presentation of food , always served with a well presented table to sit at , definitely a return visit to the tides reach
Very clean and comfortable place. Plenty of space and nicely decorated. Great location for the Mumbles right in the centre. Close to lots of cafes, places to eat and drink. Good base for walking along the coast too. Also only a short drive to Swansea. Well equipped kitchen and also had some books and games available. Good to have a parking spot available given parking seem to be at a real premium in the mumbles.
Great location for a break in The Mumbles. Our room was cozy but clean and comfortable, with lots of extras provided as standard, and with great views across Swansea Bay. Under current circumstances, Andrew is providing a thoroughly good breakfast direct to your room and is always available (by text) for updated information
The Coast House is a beautiful B&B right in front of the sea. The room was large, beautiful and comfortable. We had several choices of breakfast (including vegetarian and vegan options), and it was delicious. The self-check in was very easy to do, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend!!
I loved the retro design and the unique pieces of furniture..I loved the rooftop terrace with amazing views across Swansea..the bed was big and comfy and overall clean and tidy. The welsh cakes and the coffee was a nice touch and just what I needed..i would definitely stay again maybe for longer..
This is a lovely, spacious self contained apartment with fabulous vintage furniture and accessories to add a fun and original element. Situated above a fantastic traditional pub with lovely views of Swansea Bay. Property owners were lovely and very welcoming.
Very good location overlooking Swansea Bay and convenient for some good restaurants, pubs and easy walk to the small town centre area.Very welcoming in the form of Harry who was barman cum receptionist. Also, despite being on the promenade, the rooms were quiet.
Great location - opposite Swansea/mumbles bay - pubs/restaurants and prom to walk along and enjoy the evening sun. Great spot to explore the lush Gower beaches.
Shower was wet, room clean and breakfast really tasty.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Quaint cottage with interesting history and wonderful setting. Up-the-hill patio (33 steps) has a great view of Swansea Bay. Well-equipped kitchen. Excellent location just up from the sea front. Easy walk to many restaurants.
Great position overlooking swansea bay. In the heart of Mumbles village. We had a warm welcome from restaurant manager who also showed us to our room. Room size good with ensuite. Food quality and portion size very good.
Great location with spectacular view of Swansea Bay. Promenade and coastal path on doorstep. Local public transport into Swansea and along the coast to the Gower peninsular (ANOB). Plenty of places to eat and drink.
The location was good a 10 minute walk to The Mumbles with shops and restaurants .

Also for visiting beaches and woodland walks,
