The property is split on 4 levels. The entrance hallway, lounge and a toilet are on the lower ground floor. There are 5 steps to kitchen/dining, utility room, family bathroom and 2 double bedrooms. There are 8 steps to the main lounge and a further 5 steps to the master bedroom with ensuite, another double bedroom and single bedroom. Holidaymakers, family and couples bookings only. Up to one dog only. There is a kennel available for the dog. A security deposit of GBP 250 is payable by cheque to the owner within 2 weeks of the holiday start date or for bookings within 7 days of arrival, the caretaker should be contacted to arrange this payment. There is an GBP 85 charge for misuse of the hot tub. The hot tub is checked and tested immediately prior to guests' arrival and will also be checked and tested during and after departure.
