Premier Inn Newark is just off the A46 between Nottingham and Lincoln, and close to the A1. It has an on-site Table Table restaurant, free parking and very comfortable rooms.

Close to town , so walked about ten mins .
Generally friendly staff although a few more smiles wouldn't go amiss. Nothing really to complain about. Plenty of room.
Sadly my 'executive suite' was rather tatty, more especially the bathroom, which was badly in need of redecoration.
Great location, great breakfast, hotel looked nice
Wifi did not work in the room we were in :( No iron or ironing board provided - if we wanted to use it, we would have to be supervised in the laundry room. No heater/AC in rooms
We had a very pleasant stay the staff were helpful and the hotel clean and tidy.
The closure of the restaurant in the evening could have been better advertised, we were planning to eat in and it was only on trying to reserve a table that we were told that it was closed.
Could do with a decent sized shelf in bathroom to put toiletries/shaving gear on! However, I am told that a refurb is due, so maybe it will get the shelf!!
Lovely hotel, very close to town center.
Ideal location, free parking only 10 minute walk to town centre
The hotel was nice and peaceful...
Fell off a mountain once when I was training with the army.... that really sucked.
Bedrooms, restaurant and bar
Service at bar, not always staffed
Was not far from Eden hall
In need of an update.
Easy walking distance from town centre. Clean, comfortable hotel with food cooked to order. Will use again.
Everything was perfect. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff and shown our room which was beautiful. Located a two minute walk from the town centre, a 24hour asda and a bustling market centre there was plenty to do. At first glance the food seemed pricey but we can highly recommend the rib eye steak and chicken in white wine which was worth every penny! The bed was comfy, room well lit and the cleaners were thorough. The 24 hour bar was always accommodating and had friendly staff who kept me company until 2am onwards. This will be our secret escape from now on and we will be back soon!
Had a little difficulty finding the hotel at first but it's seclusion is part of it's charm.
Location is just out of town but is very quiet.restaurant is light and modern. Breakfast was lovely
This hotel was very quiet, the staff were nice and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and there was parking right outside. The food in the restaurant was great. Quick service. The chef was excellent.
Cleanliness Night shift porter very helpful.
Room was dark. Requested alarm call - didn't get it. I was up late for an appointment. Wasn't told restaurant not open friday night. I informed staff I was checking out before 7am. Was told there would be food available for me . There was not. Paid £14 for a 'rib-eye' steak the size of a small sirloin and half the thickness.
Hotel was very welcoming, comfortable, modern and food of very high quality. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would use again.
Comfortable and warm bedroom . Evening meal and breakfast excellent
Bar and Restaurant lacked warmth and atmosphere, maybe due to time of year
The room where lovely and hot. the service was excellent & peasant.
Could do with more teabag in room for when get there.
The location of this property is very convenient for all the towns attractions. Offers onsite parking and a lovely bar and restaurant.
The property is a little tired as were the staff and management.. we caught the end of the busiest week on the Newark calendar and everyone was a little tired.. a little more love, care and attention to detail would lift this place.
all of it
the hotel staff were friendly the location to the fair stations and town centre the food was excellent cant fault it
Dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds
the staff pulled out the stops to let us into our room early as we had travelled overnight from france.
Comfortable beds Good quality and varied breakfast on offer - lovely Nice and warm rooms - great when it's freezing cold outside Free secure parking Good location, in easy walking distance of town and train station
Car park not the easiest to find (particularly in the dark) Staff sometimes scarce, had to leave key with reception when you went out but a few times this wasn't manned. Bathroom a bit dated, didn't quite fit the rest of the room - but facilities worked fine Toasters could do with replacing I've never known it take nearly 10 minutes to toast 2 slices of bread.
The decor was nice and the restaurant looked lovely.
We booked as a Christmas treat four an elderly parent and pre booked a table in the restaurant. Restaurant was closed so booking cancelled, receptionist told us they were too busy to look up a number for an alternative. Lack of customer service on check out too. Got restaurant by calling the Grange Hotel, staff there very helpful.
