This luxury townhouse offers fabulous accommodation near the city centre of Bath. The entrance on the ground floor leads into the halway, with the stairs down to the basement with the stylish open plan living/dining/kitchen area. This space is ideal for relaxing and entertaining with its large smart TV and built-in bluetooth sound system. Behind the kitchen is a spacious utility room, and from the lounge you can step outside into the courtyard garden. Back on the ground floor is a snug room with smart TV, a cloakroom, and a double bedroom. Up one floor are two more double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over the bath. The top floor houses the fourth double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. There is plenty of wardrobe space provided in all bedrooms. Additional rules and requirements: * Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. * Smoking is not allowed. * Pets are not accepted. * No parties/events, including hen/stag parties. * Guest must agree with our T&Cs by signing before staying with us. * Guest must provide us ID (Passport or Driving Licence) before staying with us.

The house is really at a stone's throw distance from the city centre, so you'll have all that Bath has to offer at your doorstep at only a few minutes walk. There is a bus stop right outsdie the house, in case you opt to use public transport to get around Bath. Across the road is Charlotte Street Car Park, a longterm car park in case you visit by car. Bath itself requires no introduction. It is one of the most beautiful cities in the UK, a must-visit with it's Roman Baths and countless bars and restaurants, and not to forget it's stunning architecture that shows off Bath's rich history. Also at just a few mintues walk is Royal Victoria Park, for those ho want a bit of space and enjoy a picnic.
