Bra centralt läge. Rimligt pris-prisvärt. Oengagerat bemötande. För liten toalett/badrum för fyra personer. Toaletten krånglade med spolningen. |

Läget var perfekt vid tunnelbanestationen och med omgivande affärer och matställen etc Trevlig personal Rummet väldigt litet och den i priset ingående frukosten minimal men OK |

Läget är mycket bra med tunnelbanan snett över gatan. Hotellet är trivsamt, rent och fräscht och rummen har luftkonditionering. Mycket bra och prisvärd indisk restaurang, gratis wifi, vänlig personal. Bra ljudisolering - inga bullerstörningar trots tung trafik. Badrummet saknar tvål och schampo, något man räknar med numera. Vet man bara om det så är det dock inget problem. |

Hotellet låg väldigt bra ur kommunikationssynpunkt. Nära till T-bana, nära till parker. Inga problem att hitta. Lugnt och fint i närheten trots närheten till city. De reserverade hela hotelbeloppet dagen innan vi anlände. Trots att vi checkade ut och betalade låg reservationen kvar i fem dagar. Reservationen borde ha tagits bort i och med att vi betalade notan. I övrigt finns inget att nämna. |

Bra läge i lugnt område nära tunnelbanestation. Vänlig personal, enkelt hotell men upplevs rent och fräscht. Kan gärna tänka mig att bo där igen. |

Bra familjerum med riktiga sängar även till barnen. Bra läge i South Kensington. Nära till tunnelbana och buss. Fin och vänlig service i restaurangen. Kaffe och te att koka på rummet. Flera trevliga cafeer i närheten. Hotellet kändes tryggt och säkert för en familj att vistas på. Något bullrig gata som var störande nattetid. Schampo och duschtvål fanns inte på rummet. Detta fick vi dock i receptionen vid förfrågan. Inga täcken, endast sliten filt kändes påvert. Inga grönsaker eller frukt vid frukosten. |

Bra läge, tunnelbana precis intill Det var dåligt tryck på vattnet, ffa på varmvattnet. Det gick knappt att duscha. Vi hade ett rum på plan 4 av 4. Så trycket kanske var sämre ju högre upp man bodde. Väldigt litet rum för tre personer. Hårda men bra sängar. |

Närheten till tunnelbana och det centrala läget. Arrogant personal i receptionen! Det gör att man får en väldigt negativ bild av hotellet som helhet. |

The Location was handy for the Royal Albert Hall Our Spacious Double room was actually a rather cramped triple room overlooking the airconditioning units. The recent refurbishment did not run to the bathroom which was rather down at heel. Everthing did work but the bath side was cracked, the bathroom cabinet old and dirty, no bath mat, no toiletries (although reception, when we were checking out, did say there were some if we had asked!!). The inclusive continental breakfast was a selection of juices, cereals and mainly tinned fruit followed by poorly toasted thin sliced bread with butter and jams. Coffee was also included but no hams, cheeses, croissants, breads etc that you would expect with a continental breakfast. Ok for 1 Night Stay |

Staff were friendly, but were not expecting us, despite the online booking.Bed was very comfy however. Quote" Uniquely in the heart of Knightsbridge, Kensington and Chelsea, Montana offers a blend of Victorian grandeur and contemporary luxury. Reside and dine in sumptuous comfort in one of the worlds most exclusive and fashionable neighborhoods." Can this be true? It all seemed very dated to us. Booking was for a deluxe double but room was small and cramped and bathroom smelt terrible. We were disappointed, as it was our Pearl wedding anniversary and we had hoped for the luxury stated on the website. We were obviously not expected and they had to find us a room at short notice, so presume this is why we got tiny room. |

This hotel is very conveniently sited for the Gloucester Road underground station, the Kensington museums and a good centre from which to reach other places in London |

It was really well situated near thew tube and an excellent location for visiting the museums and the Royal Albert Hall. I think it would be nice to provide larger towels - maybe a bath towel and a hand towel as there was only 1 each which was quite small. |

Location of the hotel was fantastic for our requirements, the hotel was clean and staff friendly and well presented. I feel the quality of the hotel was let down by the bathrooms, it was very small & was 'shabby' compared to the room. We had no handtowel & no mat for the bathroom floor. An information pack would also have been welcomed in the room, explaing charges for internet & sky use, breakfast times, local attractions etc. |

Clean and well located if a bit noisy because of the traffic. Yes, I think hotels should offer something a bit better than bog-standard cheap sliced white bread, that is, if they have any pretensions to customer satisfaction. In this case we had a continental breakfast, so some decent bread would have been much appreciated. |

Staff were very helpful - for example they let us leave our bags when we checked out while we visited the V and A museum. The inclusive Continental breakfast was lovely and service was first class. No - everything was fine |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any request. The room was spotless and quiet, despite the busy area. The hotel is ideally situated for access to the Underground tube transport system and for the V&A and Natural History Museums. |
