Did not have breakfast there.It could have been better priced to attract diners when the average cost of a morning meal is around a fiver for the full works! But hey.you don't have to have it.

The night before leaving the hotel I noticed an object that belonged to me is missing from my room - not very valuable, but very useful for me. Next morning I asked hotel staff about the missing thing and they told me I will receive a call if anything found, but it seems that object just disappeared for good

Friendly attentetive staff on reception. Very modern look to bedroom and bathroom. Very clean and funtional Very comfortable beds (probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in with the exception of the Hilton and other premium hotels). Spacious shower and powerful enough. I liked the additional filtered drinking water tap. Huge flat screen tv with wide range of freeview channels. Not like the tiny boxes provided in most popular hotel chains. This makes a huge difference if you are staying on your own. Effective air conditioning. On site indian/chinese restaurant looked very clean and reasonably priced, although I ended up not eating there on this stay (I have already booked for my next stay and will do so next time). The hotel isn't really set up for providing breakfast, but I had the continental breakfast (cereals, toast, hot/cold drinks, basic fresh fruit, pre-packed muffins, yoghurt) and it was fit for purpose. It is just as easy to take a bowl and spoon with you and have cereals in your room. A fridge is provided in the room for this. Hotel is on a main bus route and the bus stops directly outside the hotel. Max 10 minutes from hotel to town centre. 5 mins walk to nearest tube station.

The below are only minor points and would not influence my decision to stay in this hotel again - Coffee in complementary trays not the best. Limited drawer space, although open shelving was available and functional. Typically the wide range of lighting options provided 'mood' lighting rather than a really decent bright light (I had a lot of reading to do and it hindered this to some degree) My room had a pillar which restriced access to the desk. I understand this is not the case with other rooms. If you want to use the desk a lot, just ask for a room which doesn't have a pillar when you book. The hotel isn't in the most picturesque surroundings (main road / next door to police station - However at no point was I disturbed by external or internal noise and the police appear to be very considerate and respect their neighbours by not using their sirens in the vicinity of the station). Lack of breakfast options, although there are cafes nearby and in Harrow itself where you have aall of the breakfast options.

Although fairly basic accomidation it was done very well and to a high standard. Great value for money good access for the tube and still offered free parking.

Internet is very expensive, Very far from London City. I recommend to take your own soap and shampoo. Hotels hygiene things are rubbish. Don't buy Bus pass if you want to stay at this hotel journey takes long time to get to London with Buses.

Very helpful staff, large rooms, near to tube.

Breakfast is a bit disappointing.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and adequate for our stay. The location was very near to a tube station to get into central London. And was near both to Harrow Centre and to the family we wanted to visit.

There was really nothing that we did not like.

I was surprised to find no soap in the shower room; and the continental breakfast was more limited than expected - white toast ain't continental, and while I spotted cakes (!) I didn't see croissants, which I had expected

Came down from Manchester for The fa Cup semi final, stayed two nights. It was well situated near Wembley (bus ride away) shops and somewhere to eat very close, also very safe area (hotel next to a police station!!)

Air Con needs to be able to regulate for cooler, got a bit to warm in room.

Value for money

Resturant close at 2:30 and you can't get any lunch after 2:30

Dripping tap, air con didn't work, maid barged into room when "do not disturb" sign was up and kept asking to come back in

the room was excellent, as was the bathroom with shower. all the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. continental breakfast was very basic but you can eat as much as you like. have already booked for another 4 nights in June.

Very cold,heating not working,had to put on Hairdryer for bit of heat,tried calling reception but no answer. Will have to insist on a room with heating if I book again.
