Kids fold down bed was uncomfortable.

Room was fine a lot of road noise which kept us awake

The staff were excellent. They made our visit a real pleasure.

We got a constant draft from the window.

Liked friendly staff clean room parking breakfasts

Heating= room rather cold left heating on when we went out, when returned room cold had to buy hot water bottle.

Location Access Quiet - no noise. Decent food. Clean room.

Smell in reception was my only complaint.

The price we were asked to pay for our family room which included breakfast was slightly higher than the price we agreed on Booking.com. This has never happened before even in France or Greece.

Really convenient and clean comfortable accommodation, perfect for our Xmas shopping break. Ideally placed next to M8. Girl on reception was really friendly and helpful.

Bathroom needed updating and the mattress was too hard.

staff excellent...very helpful...comfortable, clean room....good service...enjoyed my stay.

my boyfriend asked me to marry him on the friday night here at the staff were absolutely fantastic they couldnt do enough to make sure that we had everything we could to celebrate our engagement and even sent a card to our room for us, we were so impressed with everyone here and all the satff in the beefeater resturant on site.

Very friendly receptionist, helpful in organising taxi's. I have stayed in premier Inn's before and the standard is always good and very consistent.

Not brilliant water pressure, shower was a bit of a trickle!

Easy, in, out, job done, everything as I asked.

Queueing to check in, took 15 mins with 1 member of staff. Getting 5 suitcases to my room was like a military operation through 15 sets of doors.

nice stop over on our visit to Edinburgh.

The staff at Premier Inn Livingston were beyond anything that I expected. They were always willing to help and/or accommodate our needs in any way they could. We loved our stay here and still mention how comfortable and homey it was.

There were no problems I only wish that they were slightly closer to the train station. That way we wouldn't have had to take a taxi there.

Fairly informal & relaxed atmosphere

The facilities & service were a little lacking (rooms were great value for money) but little touches such as: - No phones in rooms to enable a call to reception (calls having to be made via my own mobile to an 0845 no.) - Ironing boards & irons were available, but I was asked to collect them myself from reception (rather than having an offer of having them walked up to my room).
