This newly renovated, modern house is well-suited for both couples and families with parking for 2 cars. Leave your car securely here and explore all this eclectic town has to offer by foot. Located in the centre of town we are minutes walk from the high street, water side and the beaches. The spacious, open-plan living and dining area provides the perfect social hub. Let the outside in with the seamless transition into the garden, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine after a days exploration! We are based in a quiet tree lined neighbourhood while still in the centre of town, offering peaceful seclusion along with immediate accessibility to the bustling town. Thoughtfully and meticulously renovated, with a real attention to detail this home makes you feel welcomed while providing all the smart features. The first level has a spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area. This is well-equipped with everything you should need for cooking meals at home during your stay. Furthermore, there is also a utility room with washing machine adjacent to the kitchen. The living room, which is also a part of the open-plan design, has a smart TV with Apps and a selection of books for entertainment. Sliding doors leading out to the garden open fully - perfect for summer days and nights! Here there is a decking area with outdoor seating and lawn for relaxing in the sun. At the bottom of the stairs is a bathroom with waterfall shower unit. Moving upstairs, there is a second, larger bathroom with a shower & bath - great for those with little ones. There are two large double bedrooms with king size beds and one smaller double room with queen bed.
