The Sands B&B in Rostrevor, County Down is found beside the sea in Victoria Square. It’s a 5-minute walk from the village, and rooms have beautiful views of the sea and Morne Mountains. Double rooms have private bathrooms, and beds have crisp cotton bedding. Each room has tea and coffee facilities, TV and DVD player and free Wi-Fi. There is a big breakfast choice at The Sands, with a full cooked Irish breakfast, continental with cold meats and cheese, and a vegetarian option. There is also fruit juice, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and toast. County Down features some stunning scenery, and the guest house’s location is just 2 minutes from Rostrevor Forest, known for its mountain bike trails. The house is set on the northern shore of Carlingford Lough.
